Cons:

Shower was cold in the morning.
Went into the bar at approx 21.30 to find lots of empty tables to sit at but they were all full of dirty dishes, when we left at 2300 none of the tables were cleared. Another couple had to push the dishes to the side to sit at a table, not very impressed with this.

Very disappointing stay. The room was too hot, customer service was poor, and overall it was not val

Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and although I reported the problem, the hotel only provided a small tower fan. The fan was ineffective and did not provide adequate cooling, especially around the bed area. Given the hot weather, the room became extremely uncomfortable, and I was unable to get a proper night's sleep. I expected better customer service and a more satisfactory resolution from the hotel.

Fantastic 1 night stay. A+ facitlites. Go early for breakfast tho or starve.
Pros:

facilities pool, gym and room all spotless and to a high standard.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Selection not great we went at 10am but even still lack of juices, food wasnt great.

Best stay in Glasgow for a family
Pros:

Room was excellent and the beds were AMAZING. The location wasnt a problem either it was a 10 min drive to the city centre which was perfect. And the breakfast was exceptional and me and my family are all really happy about ALL the facilities of the hotel.

Nothing really.
