Parking £10 a night. Everything you had to pay extra for.
Gym is first class , and nice bar , food was also very good , staff were very friendly , we used the coffee shop for breakfast which was handy .
Nothing
every thing was perfect
Great hotel well located for Glasgow
Expensive for what you get. As with all hotels prices increase at busy times.
Location suited?
N/a
Location, leisure facilities, comfortable bed and bathroom recently refurbed. Clean and well maintained.
Decor very brown and dated. One very creeky old chair in the bedroom for two people, drab unattractive decor, very few sockets. No little touches to enhance the ambiance of the room. Poor breakfast selection and coffee.
Lovely
Everything
Great room and bathroom was fab
location was spot on for concert
Easy check in
Good transport links to city centre
Good vibes in the hotel
Could do with more charging points for electronic devices in the room
Pay for parking!
The restaurant service was poor I waited 40mins for the starter, then asked the staff twice before the starter and the mains came together
Comfy clean staff lovely
Everything was great
The staff are very friendly and helpful
The swimming pool, very dirty water
Great room, location, facilities and staff.
There were 3 of us in a double double room but only 2 cups for tea/coffee.
Everything was ok no,major issues
The weekend staff were brilliant for breakfast, we had breakfast on Monday morning and there was no scrambled eggs for a good while, staff were replenishing the food that was plentiful, also there were 3 " maintenence "workers replacing plates and topping up the food etc, felt unhygienic and why the need for 3 men to do this in dirty uniforms, also no greater to take out room number
