Trotz des guten Frühstücks enttäuschend
Pros:

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und wirklich gut, der Essensraum ist schön gestaltet, hell und mit einer guten Aussicht auf den See. Das Karelian Cottage war ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Nach ein paar Nächten in einfacheren Unterkünften hatten wir uns sehr auf dieses Hotel und besonders das Spa gefreut. Es hat uns sehr enttäuscht, daß dort aber ab 20 Uhr ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund nur Personen ab 18 Jahren sein dürfen. Unser anständiger 14-jähriger Sohn wäre gemeinsam mit uns garantiert nicht negativ aufgefallen, eine Ausnahme war jedoch nicht möglich. Damit ist der Besuch im Wellnessbereich ausgefallen: Für die gemeinsam mögliche halbe Stunde hätten wir Eltern den Eintritt auch voll bezahlen müssen. Ist mir egal, ob das vielleicht vorab irgendwo stand – es bliebe auch dann enttäuschend und unnötig! Wir buchten ein karelisches Cottage für drei Personen. Statt eines gemütlichen Zimmers (gemäß Angebotsfotos) wurde ein kleines hartes (1,80 m langes?) Klappbett reingestellt, die drei Betten passten gerade so nebeneinander und versperrten den Kühlschrank, der somit nicht mehr zu öffnen war. Das Zimmer war auch sonst sehr eng und es gab kaum Platz für die Koffer, die Atmosphäre glich einem Bettenlager. Für den Preis und den Auftritt des Hotels absolut unangemessen.

En pitänyt äänekkäästä ilmastointilaitteesta ja huoneen toimimattomasta ilmanvaihdosta. Aamupala kehno ja mm. kahvi laihaa. Karjalaisuutta ei näkynyt kuin yhdessä lauseessa (kai se oli karjalaa?), mm. ravintolassa ruoat italiasta ja ranskasta!
