Everything
Nothing
The staff were very friendly and helpful, our family room was very large with lots of space for us all and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety and was very tasty. It was also handy to have the on site parking available.
Due to it being pre existing buildings which have been knocked together to form the hotel across multiple houses, there are often stairs between areas, or different levels for the floors which we found a little more difficult to navigate with young children, and could also be a problem if you had any mobility issues.
No faults at all - I had a party of 8 people across 4 rooms and everyone thought he service and quality was first class - will be back.
Nothing - No issues at all

Lovely modern property
Room was really far away
Great atmosphere, nice suite, friendly staff, great restaurant.
There was a huge party on friday night which was very loud, it's not the best idea to organize parties in the garden below the rooms...
Excellent clean hotel and very attentive staff

Excellent suite. TV and wifi worked well. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Good dinner menu. Friendly and helpful staff. Free onsite parking. A very enjoyable stay.
The nature of old houses, the hotel had a two or three up and down stairs between the different regions of the hotel but never many and we managed fine despite having some mobility issues.
The room and the bar
