Amazing apartment, funtastic resort with huge potencial. Very nice host. Thank you very much !
It’s hard to say because the place was not open. We were able to just sit by the pool, but all the rooms were being remodeled. There were no rooms ready no people there no bathrooms. Everything was locked up. The bar look like it hasnt been used in years, so we just sat there by ourselves and then just left. Very weird. No beds in any rooms they place should not be listed.
It needs to be opened not under construction.
We did not stay. No one was there except a security person. Nothing was open or working except the pool but with no towels, bathrooms or water to drink and no people anywhere.
Billy, the host, was a wonderful source of information and very helpful. When I had some problems with the AC he fixed them right away. .
It is very hot in Tulum in October, with constant heavy rains. On the plus side, the AC worked great and not having to wear clothes makes it much easier to bear.
We booked this property for being a nudist in a quiet and relaxed environment but the penthouse they gave us had several and serious problems, AC did not work 2 days in the living room area being really uncomfortable to be in that area, taking a shower was a headache since the water pressure was very low or minimal the technician who checked it said that it was a worn and obsolete mechanism and which was not fixed or changed they only apologized for the inconvenience and last but not least important the cleaning was of very low quality appliances quite rusty and outdated, in the end we chose to just go to sleep there and not make use of the facilities for the reasons mentioned.
The place is a perfect getaway with private hot tub and private rooftop plunge pool. Everyone was friendly and they had 24hr security. Place allowed me to free and comfortable. HIRAM the bar manager / resort manager was extremely friendlu and helpful with any information needed. Will definetly rebook again.
Great relaxed environment
Nice mix of people staying there
Hiram the bartender treats everyone like family and creates a very nice entertaining stay.
Onsite electric rental bikes would be handy
Lots of bikes are available near the resort but it would be nicer if they were available in house at the resort.
Great location to relax and the staff is great.
Clothing optional, quiet. Swim up rooms
Restaurant closed
Friendly staff, GORGEOUS property. Love the pool and the lazy river is so fun. The room was luxurious and spacious. Wish I could stay forever!!!
Nothing. Absolutely perfect
Host was really friendly and gave us lots of information about the area! The pool and privacy was great.

I enjoy this hotel primarily because the pool is really nice and the rooms are large. The rooms are handled by a third party which I was already aware of. Make sure you have WhatsApp or email handy for communications. The communication with the company that handles issues with the room is spotty. There was an issue with the wifi, receiving wrong passwords. There was a water shutoff one day, but it was corrected after several hours. The hotel is aging but overall it is still nice and a good choice for people that enjoy a clothing optional environment. The area around the hotel has many good restaurants. There is a wine bar around the corner and some good pizza places just down the street. There are other little boutique shops and even an Oxxo near by. Taxis are very expensive now. A simple ride around town is like $200 pesos and to the beach is $400. You have to negotiate the prices.
A regular stop for us. Always comfortable.
the room the policy’s
no bar or restaurant
A go to spot for us.
Pool was very cool. Be great if it had some influx of heated water.
Access to the main pool and hot tub made this a decent value on paper. Also, the workers at the bar, front desk, and security were all super nice and helpful.
The small dirt road leading to the condo had so many potholes that my taxi didn’t even want to bring me to the gate. When I arrived, the bill was significantly (~18%) higher than my booking.com confirmation due to the classic MXN exchange rate scam and a ridiculously high credit card fee (booking.com should just stop allowing properties to handle payments in person, because the exchange rate scam also happened to me in Oaxaca). Even though you pay in pesos, they calculate the total based on USD. Later that day, I noticed thousands of tiny ants crawling in the kitchen, under the living room rug, on the balcony, and on the roof. I told them about the problem, but nobody came to take care of it within 24 hours. GROSS. So I went to the store and spent my own money to fix their ant problem. To make things worse, the company that manages this unit refused to reimburse me for the ant spray and traps. I even provided itemized receipts. Also, the rooftop was in poor condition. It had a random dirty table with no chairs, 0 plants, and was covered in ants. The private plunge pool had a layer of dirt at the bottom so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in it. Finally, the wifi router on the other side of the resort doesn’t penetrate the walls of the apartment, so it was unusable. They really need to put a router in each unit.
