Excellent room and view, staff great and helpful
Noise in the early hours of the night, 3/ 4 am music was ok but people drinking outside were noise and shouting

We loved our stay. We had a seafront room, which had plenty of space and was clean. The view from the room was great looking straight out to the ocean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The lift was appreciated with our suitcases. Please note if parking is required it is street parking within a zone perimeter surrounding the hotel, however the vouchers and process was clearly explained at check in. There is a bar downstairs which had nice drinks, we were fortunate enough to stay during Pride weekend and was able to see a couple of shows performed there also. We stayed for an ‘On the beach’ event, so it was very easy access to attend across the road. Also appreciated the staff storing our bags past check out time to allow us more time in Brighton before we needed to leave.
Not an issue for us as we were coming for an event and we appreciated the vibe, but there is a nightclub in the basement and there was a bit of noise from revellers late at night (we did also leave our windows open), however there was complementary earplugs in the room, not that we used them.
Loved the location and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast lovely and nicely served to you. None of that buffet style you get else where!
Parking was bit tricky but you can park in the town and get a permit voucher from reception.

Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless, staff are welcoming and polite. We was in Brighton to see FatBoy Slim concert and the hotel was opposite the beach where it was held. Epic night and epic hotel. Fat boy thanks to all the staff
Great location at a reasonable price.
Pillows were way too thin. Windows need double-glazing as it is noisy at night.
I thought the location was excellent, lovely views of the sea front and close to all the shops and attractions.
I would have liked a bigger room so next time I will look at what other options are available.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us ( my daughter and I, both straight) as we were going to the Fatboy Slim gig on Maderia Drive. We paid a bit extra for the superior king room with sea view and we were certainly not disappointed! Definitely one of the best views in Brighton. It was also an easy walk into the city centre. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time but had no issues with leaving our bags at reception while we had a couple of drinks on the terrace then wandered in to the city. I couldn’t fault the staff at the hotel from the bar staff to the receptionist to the security later in the night after the gig. All in all a wonderful stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends
I would have marked higher except for 2 things. Unfortunately the 1st thing we check on arrival are dust on top of picture frames etc. When my daughter ran her fingers over these there was a fair bit of muck on the pictures and other fixings. Also we were both a little disappointed with the water pressure of the shower
Very big room with comfy beds and nice clean bedding. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach, pier and lovely places to eat.
As the hotel check in is towards the back of the bar, some signage might be helpful although the helpful staff do direct you when you arrive about where you need to go to check in. Also, if at any point aircon could be added to the rooms that would be amazing. It gets very hot, and even though the provided fan worked well, aircon would obviously be superior and this is the only reason I marked some areas of the hotel down e.g. comfort, facilities.
Great location, very very staff and room and everywhere else was spotless.
It was a bit noisy on the the Saturday night Sunday morning but to be fair it does stipulate about the nightlife. Rooms were a bit small but comfortable and spotless.
