Das Hotel ist gepflegt, sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Der self Check In ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die bereitgestellten Schlüsselkartem am Check In habe ich für Visitenkarten des Hotel gehalten. Wenn man dann irgendwann geschafft hat telefonische Hilfe zu erreichen ist die Person dann wirklich sehr freundlich. Ansonsten kommt das Hotel offensichtlich vollkommen ohne Personal aus. Ich habe während meines Aufenthaltes kein Personal gesehen.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, this is a passable self service accommodation with no charm or character.
Pros:

Pretty from the outside, rural location next to a farm, great views

Cons:

Not a single member of staff. Complete self service. No restaurant when one was advertised. Very basic and soul less. Might as well use a city apart hotel.

Schöne Lage aber Preis-Leistung passt nicht!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, am Ende eines ruhigen Wohngebietes mit tollem Blick über den Greifensee.
Das Zimmer war klein aber funktional, sauber, hell und freundlich.
Da es kein Personal dort gibt - zumindest haben wir außer der Putzfrau niemanden dort angetroffen war auch der Check-in über ein Terminal zu erledigen was bei uns problemlos geklappt hat. Auch der Check-out war schnell und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Hier muss ich das viel erwähnte Frühstück ansprechen - der Kaffee über den Vollautomaten war eher mittelmäßig, der Rest wie Marmelade, Butter, Käse, war alles einzeln eingepackt und eher eine sehr nüchterne Erfahrung. Es gab keine Wurst und keine Eier - frische Brötchen und Gipfeli wurden bereitgestellt. Auch die Atmosphäre des Frühstücksraumes ist nicht besonders einladend.
Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte und haben dem Reinigungspersonal eine Nacht Reinigung erspart und erst nach der zweiten Nacht einen Service gewünscht - dabei wurde der Vorleger im Bad einfach nur ausgeschüttelt - ich denke da hätte man einen neuen spendieren können und auch die Kosmetiktücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt.
Das sind Kleinigkeiten allerdings ist der Preis für die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht zu hoch für das was man am Ende geboten bekommt. Schweiz hin oder her aber 750 Euro für 3 Nächte für diesen Service werden wir nicht nochmal machen und würde ich auch nicht empfehlen.

Wenn man nur einen Orr zum übernachten braucht, dann prima!
Pros:

Wenn man Personal sieht, dann sehr freundlich. Schöner Blick. Zimmer sehr einfach, aber sauber.

Cons:

Rundherum eher liebloses Ambiente. Teilweise laut auf Grund des Landwirtschaftlichen Umfelds und der Einflugschneise Flughafen Zürich.

Top Lage, leider kein Service mehr.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön mit einem Blick auf die Alpen und den Greifensee. Schöne Terrasse mit Bestuhlung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und der Raum erinnert mehr an ein Hostel. Verpackungsmüll wird generiert, keine frischen Speisen. Gute Brötchen, das war’s aber schon. Leider ist dieser Frühstücksservice seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt 2023 richtig schlecht geworden. Und leider hat man den Preis nicht in gleichem Maße verringert.

Grandioser Blick zum Greifensee
Pros:

Super Lage mit Blick über den Greifensee. Ruhig und trotzdem schnell in Zürich. Waren schon öfters da und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Pros:

Katastrophales Frühstück. Keine Wurst, Käseauswahl, Ei, Kuchen. Nur Brot und Kaffee!!! und das Ganze in einem ehemaligen Seminarraum!!

Cons:

Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht. Kein Personal bei Fragen und defacto kein Frühstück. Bei einem Preis um die CHF um 120 wäre das Hotel ok, alles darüber ist überbezahlt.

nice area ,for short stays

area, good view in greenery, has own parking area

Cons:

breakfast- it is not a breakfast , there is only a few products without good quality for this area and hotel, 3 packaged cheese, some jams and if kruvasan finish you should find someone and ask for to do and sometimes there is no bread or kruvasan if you dont go early to breakfast, there is only 1 staff for clean and ask for something so it is not suffient , self check in is good concept but customer need someone in hotel for any help or something, because you need to figure out everthing by yourself
the room is so small, it is hardly to move in room for 2 person with 2 luggage
