Desde o nosso check-in até o momento do check-out, tudo foi perfeito. Funcionários atenciosos, dedicados e prestativos. Na data do dia 21/07 foi aniversário da minha mãe. Foi providenciado um bolo no café da manhã para cantarmos parabéns e também recebemos um mimo no quarto. Agradeço a todos pelo empenho em nos providenciar dias inesquecíveis. Gostaria de ressaltar a presteza da Recepcionista Delma, A Chef Andreia e a camareira Venezuelana responsável pela limpeza do 3o andar. Esperamos voltar em breve. Super recomendo!!

Uma ótima localização. Alguns funcionários não muito prestativos. Muito barulhento os quartos.
Café da manhã razoável pelo valor.

Cons:

Do barulho. As pessoas conversavam no quarto ao lado a gente escutava tudo. Sem contar o ar condicionado que pingou e molhou o travesseiro inteiro do meu filho, pingava água pra dentro.

Atenção dos funcionários, cafe da manhã bom, 70 metros do Shopping Estação, fácil chegada e saída via av.das Torres

Cons:

Apesar do estacionamento ficar na área do hotel tem que pagar a parte.

Cons:

Isolamento acústico zero. Tomadas mal instaladas, logo acima da cabeça na cama. Box apertado. Colchões e travesseiros horríveis.

Satisfeito com toda a estrutura do hotel.

Cons:

Só faltou a tv estar em um suporte ou painel, estava sobre a mesa e deitado estava doendo o pescoço.
