Been here several times and it's always perfect
.nothing
Beautiful location , shuttle , views overall updated look and of course Cindy who went out of her way to make our stay most memorable
Location
Management failed to plan adequately for Carnival crowds, resulting in insufficient towels, etc.
Great location. Helpful, very kind staff. Beautiful beach with chairs
No more breakfast buffet but they do have a cafe. Bathrooms are quite small
Massive it could be its own city
Little far away
The view was fantastic. Beds comfortable. The outlets were half hanging in the wall half out. The ones in the wall would not hold any sort of plug. They kept falling out immediately. The only one that could hold a plug was the bathroom outlet. The toilet ran all day and all night regardless of jiggling the handle. They need to do a little more work on maintenance.
There was no breakfast. Room was fine. Location was good. had no idea that was mostly lgbtq at hotel and in area.
Room was fine, very loud 1st night until 11.15 pm. Front desk was very rude when checking in. Multiple empty rooms but they did put us over the club that was having the party the first night. We are four seniors.
Total dump. Service staff were miserable.

Old room
The room was expensive—nearly $2K for 3 nights. It was small and had a musty smell even with A/C on. One light was broken and the coffee maker produced something that looked like watered down tea. I had asked for a handicap accessible room and was told the rooms weren’t technically ADA accessible because the doors weren’t 3’. They didn’t mention there are no safety grab bars and the toilet is very low. The tiny bathroom had a tub, not a walk in shower and NO ventilation (is that even legal?). The ice machine in the hall looked like a science experiment gone wrong. Filthy.
On the plus side it’s a good location with free parking. We had stayed there years ago and remembered it being nice. Not so much now.
Provincetown Inn is always a great place to stay. The pool is always a welcoming party and the views are spectacular. The rooms are lovely with great views! I just wanted to give a shout out to Danny at the front desk reception who was very professional, cordial and charming. I had to unfortunately cancel my reservation in August and he was most gracious and informative in explaining what o needed to do to check on my refund! He delivered 5 star service! I look for to booking for next year! Love that place!
We've been guests at the Provincetown Inn almost every single summer for the past 16+ years and were thrilled to find that the new owners have improved the property's experience without sacrificing any of the charm and familiar aspects we've grown to love and appreciate. Our Cape Tip room with a semi-secluded patio and magnificent view of the harbor and the ocean beyond was a perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation after a somewhat tumultuous year. The private beach and pool were, as always, a huge plus and the fresh faced staff were attentive and extremely helpful. We've only been home for a week and we're already looking at the 2027 calendar to determine when we should book next summer's stay!
The location was nice !
The room we stayed in had a nice . For the price we paid the room was way too expensive ! We left one day earlier because the place was not that clean !
We asked for the money back and I’m getting the run around .
I will never stay there again !
This place has basically given up. They closed the restuarant and don't serve food. The rooms are beaten up and old. The staff has a "don't care" and "you're lucky to be here attitude." Save yourself the disappointment and get an Airbnb. Been coming for many years and this is definitely the last time. Sad to see them giving up like this.
Great facility, amazing pool
