La ubicación
La atención del personal (no todos pero sí varias) eran muy descorteces con los usuarios, al momento de servir desayuno se acababa todo antes o decían que no habían cosas cuando luego si habían

Todo estaba bien
La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro histórico y muy cerca de Getsemaní y otros lugares emblemáticos. El desayuno es completo y delicioso. En general, el baño está bien, aunque la ducha es bastante pequeña; sin embargo, el agua es caliente y sale con buena presión. El personal es amable y atento.

La habitacion limpia, y cama muy comoda.
El personal poca empatia con los huesped. No contestan saludos, el desayuno solo dan huevo resuelto y un pan.

La habitación me pareció muy sencilla y pequeña. El baño incómodo.
Se puede llegar antes y gustan el equipaje, está muy bien ubicado por lo que puedes ir a muchos lugares cerca caminando. Por el precio está bien.

Primeramente la ubicación, accesible a todo lo que teníamos pensado conocer, las habitaciones cómodas, el personal atento, y el desayuno delicioso
Quizás equipar un poco más las habitaciones (secador, plancha)
O quarto é confortável. A cidade é muito quente e o ar condicionado funciona bem.
A água do chuveiro não aquece e por isso, tivemos que tomar banhos frios. A Internet não funcionou. Ficamos sem TV todos os dias da estadia. As toalhas de banho encardidas e manchadas. Funcionários indiferentes com os hóspedes.
Excelente localização.
