Nos gustó que el hotel tuviera restaurante,,se comía muy bien. Nos gustaría mencionar a Daniel y Leonardo , excelentes en su trabajo, profesionales como ellos hacen que el sitio sea mejor.
Estuvimos alojados 2 noches , desayunábamos y cenábamos en el mismo hotel. El día que tuvimos que hacer el pago me pareció mal que no den factura . Te hacen la suma de todo con calculadora , sumando los papeles de las comandas que ellos mismos escriben y no hay forma de poder comprobar si está todo correcto. Creo que debe ser obligatorio una factura detallada e impresa.

Der Hotelgarten ist ein blühendes Paradies direkt am See mit Kolibris, Gürteltieren und Straußen, unser 3-Bett-Zimmer mit Gartenblick war auch wunderbar und sauber, ein paar Handtuchhaken haben gefehlt, das ist aber auch alles, Essen super und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir haben noch verlängert, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben.

One of best hotel at Guatemala
I booked a solo staycation (I live in Antigua) at this hotel for 3 nights and it was lovely. Beautiful room and super comfy bed. I stayed in the beautiful new A frame with pool. The staff is wonderful and goes the extra mile and the food was delicious. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. And the hotel pool was spotless. They also let me bring my tiny pup along with me.
The only note I want to make so that others are aware is that the town itself can be a little noisy, which one can expect because I was there for a Guatemalan holiday weekend. But you do get general town noise. The older part of the hotel also caters to large volunteer groups, which is wonderful, but means it can get a bit noisy during meal times and a bit later (up until around 10pm) in the new rooms because the restaurant faces both.
It’s a gorgeous top notch property, and I highly recommend, but just be prepared that it’s not completely isolated from noise. The best noise I did hear during my stay were the amazing birds each morning. Best time of day!!!
The villa was beyond amazing, it was such a spectacular view and everything about just felt amazing
getting to the hotel was a little of an inconvenience either by a private ferry for direct access, or taking a tuk tuk from the public ferry.
Garden were well designed and maintened, rooms are big and comfortable, restaurant has a beautiful terrace with lake view and food was really good. We enjoyed the Temascal and hot tub a lot!
The temascal area urgently needs a toilette. We needed one and started looking for it at the pool or near that area but nothing, the only one was at the restaurant and wasn´t nice to walk that distance to find it. I highly recommend them to build one soon besides the temascal or pool. There is plenty of space.

Las ventanas no tenían cedazo mosquitero en las habitaciones tipo igloo y se encierra demasiado el calor , la piscina muy descuidada
It was very beautiful, the beds super comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The views were amazing, the jacuzzi was soo amazing I wanted to stay longer
La comida y la atención fueron lo mejor de la estancia; y el acceso al lago Atitlan es precioso
La primer habitación se quedó muy corta pero cuando nos movimos a la cabaña todo valio la pena.
