Better places to stay for price.
Pros:

The office staff was friendly and the lobby was nice with snacks and vending. ON THE BEACH. Bed comfortable, room was clean! .

Cons:

The room we got was like walking into a cave. Only one small window staring at stairs. In the other room there were no windows or TV, no heat adjustments for our double room, and we had to use floor heaters and fans. No phone to contact the office for service even though upon checking in was told I had to call for service. Lots of stairs to and from the beach. The office staff was friendly and the lobby was nice with snacks and vending. The cleaning staff wasn't. Will not stay again. No breakfast. But my room was clean! .

Beautiful view
Pros:

Loved the property, loved the jacuzzi outside.

Cons:

The only, I mean the only thing was a specific person of the staff with the initial “D” from the moment she saw me I felt she already didn’t like me. I’m very polite but she was very pushy and made my husbands weekend not so special. But because of one person can’t change the opinion of how much I loved my room

Rent it for the clean updated room and not the view.
Pros:

Room was clean and recently updated.

Cons:

The view was not as advertised. We had a view of a roof top. Very disappointing. Bathroom was very small. Small shower and no counter top.

Pros:

The room was nicely renovated and the proximity and access to the beach was great.

Cons:

The room itself was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. One could barely move in the shower and on toilet and there was no counter space. Rooftop view of buildings in front.

Won’t be back here apart from the alarm going off at 2 in the morning the bathroom is super small
Pros:

It was near the coast.

Cons:

They had a loud alarm set at 2 in the morning with an awful sound wasn’t a regular alarm woke us out of our sleep.

Easy to get locate. Check in is at hotel next door, so once you find it, you either have to walk down the hill or drive

Cons:

Very small Rooms do not face ocean. So you get side views of roof next door and other hotels. Only rooms on corners have full view. This is not described on post.

it was fine but we wouldn’t book here again
Pros:

we liked the easy access to the beach and a lot of space in the room and the maintenance guy was super nice.

Cons:

we didn’t enjoy the room, because it was dirty when we walked in with very obvious trash in the room and different colored hair in chair and sink and bathroom and the room had a weird smell.

Can't wait to go back! Worth the expense for the view, hot tub on the deck, and relaxing experience.
Pros:

We appreciated the attention to detail, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and friendliness of staff. There were robes for us on the bed when we arrived which was great for the outside hot tub. The outdoor deck chairs and patio were very clean, as well as the glass railing/wall so we could enjoy the amazing view. We chose to stay above other properties due to the view, beach access, and hot tub on the deck (which all exceeded our expectation). We will definitely refer friends, and family, and plan on returning in the future.

Cons:

We did have to walk to the hotel/building next door to check in, but it wasn't that big of a deal (it was a beautiful day and not raining, so that made a small difference).
