Cons:

Pas de frigo en chambre, parvis de la gare bruyant la nuit, Réception annoncée comme 24/24 et j’ai été bloqué à la porte pendant 30 min à 23h car personne a la réception pour ouvrir, pas vraiment ce qu’on attend d’un 4*

Location near the station, but it wasn't noisy.

Very nice room and comfortable bed.

The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

For a 4* hotel, the room could have done with a fridge and better furniture for hanging clothes. However, the staff said it was being replaced.

A pleasant stay in a charming historic hotel in a great location.

The location was excellent, the hotel has a charming historic character, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

prima locatie en ontbijt

Cons:

Van het hotel niets.
Wat mij tegenvalt is booking.com. Gaat niet over deze boeking maar over een eerdere. Verschrikkelijk als je een vraag / klacht hebt. Je komt maar niet in contact met booking of krijgt geen reactie. Je krijgt enkel van die ai gemaakte berichten, wat een ramp is dat. Dus hotel is prima, echter met booking.com moet jen geen problemen krijgen want hierover in contact komen.....gaat je niet (tot op heden) lukken.....ben ook pas 2 maanden bezig

Équipement, belle vue sur la gare, confort. Personnel sympathique. Belle déco. Déj très bon et deux formules possibles (Light ou complète)

Cons:

La climatisation à 18 degrés en pleine canicule, je ne comprends pas le but. J'ai dû aérer avec 38 degrés dehors. Dommage pour un hôtel qui se dit ecolo.
