The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the room was very spacious. We were also on the side of the church, which offered a really nice view.

Cons:

While my stay was decent, a few minor details could be improved. The pillow was a bit too high for my liking and gave me some neck pain. Additionally, the bathroom light switch is in an awkward spot—outside the bathroom but hidden behind the door when it's open. Lastly, the nightstand was a little dusty upon arrival. With a bit more attention to detail, it would be a much better experience."

Zeer leuke kamer, heerlijk bed (wel hoog :-) ) , rustig hotel (donderdagavond), heel leuke locatie en surplus dat je aan het hotel kan (betalend) parkeren.

Outstanding, family run hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Fabulous location next to the cathedral and all town centre attractions and restaurants. Family run and really showing the corporates how to do it! Terrific staff, all very enthusiastic and helpful. Beautiful rooms and exceptionally clean. Private and secure car park.

Lage, Lage, Lage - die war TOP.

Die Lage war TOP. - Garage direkt am Hotel - ebenfalls TOP.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 304:

Tageslicht durch das einzige Fenster war im Zimmer sehr schlecht aufgrund des direkt angrenzenden Gebäudes.
Beleuchtung im gesamten Zimmer war sehr schwach.
Geruch im Zimmer war muffig und moderig.
Zimmer war groß aber nicht einladend da in Teilen abgewohnt.
Nicht zumutbar war der gebrochene Badewannengriff, den wir am ersten Tag benutzten und fast verunglückten, da dieser nur lose an der Wand hing.
Aus Zeitgründen haben wir das nicht bemängelt, sondern hatten den Mangel deutlich sichtbar - indem wir den Griff quer positioniert hatten - hinterlassen. Dies in der Hoffnung, dass sich das House-Keeping angemessen bis zu unserer Rückkehr kümmern würde....

Wir waren sehr erstaunt, dass wir den Griff - scheinbar repariert - aber nur wieder an die Originalstelle positioniert zurück fanden... Ohne weitere Worte.

Also Achtung beim Betreten der Wanne/Dusche.
