Cons:

Hotel was dirty and too noisy. What requested a room via booking.com away from elevator and ice machine. Staff put us right next to the elevator and ice machine. Breakfast was tasteless.

Great location
Pros:

Ideal location for visiting Yellowstone. Comfy room good range of breakfast. Very clean throughout. A shout out to reception we needed a landline and the receptionist very kindly leant us her own personal phone (gave it 5 stars for this service). Hotel isn’t modern but I wouldn’t have expected that for the location.

Descent place
Pros:

Like most places in West Yellowstone it’s an older place. Clean and nice breakfast. Nothing to complain about -just ask for a room that is not by the ice machine. We had room 100 and people were getting ice at 4:30 am and it was loud.

Pros:

The room is very clean and we could spend comfortably. After I used a hair dryer, some lights in the room turned off. It seemed the fuse blew. I asked the staffs to repair it, they dealt with it properly.
