Brief but Lovely Experience
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. We got in after midnight and the gentleman with long hair at the desk helped us rebook our reservation that we had an issue with. Then when we checked out I forgot something in the fridge and the lady at the front desk was so kind and definitely made sure it was safe until I picked it up. Also, the room was very big. It was very clean amd comfortable. My husband is still talking about the pillows. And the breakfast was exceptional- I don't usually see hotel breakfasts that are that well stocked.

Cons:

Nothing at all. This was a very good experience for us, and right next to the airport.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like about it is the lights above the windows make it seem like daylight outside all night long even with the curtains closed

The room we had was outdated and smelled musty. The toilet area, hangers, and the luggage rack were all dusty. Could use an upgrade.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The sheets and towels were clean. I liked the Keurig.

Cons:

The room needed some updates. The weather stripping needs to be replaced. The corners of the floors are dirty. The full length mirror was filthy. The sheets could be better. Staff could come in between nights and replace towels, coffee and tea.

We will probably not choose this accommodation again.
Pros:

Easy to access from the freeway and a quick pleasant checkin. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean however the carpets were not clean and really ruined the overall experience of staying here. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but was served hot and plentiful. The coffee was good.

Cons:

The carpets were dirty and subtracted from the overall experience.

Dissapointed.
Pros:

Friendly staff and cleanliness. Disappointed. Breakfast was good. Location good.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was terrible!
We chose to stay here specifically for the heated pool. Was so disappointed! It was too cold to enjoy.
No microwave in room and frig was way too small.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a great value!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the hot shower and Shampoo and Conditioner brand!

Convenient location. Nice facility. Liked interior rooms. Close to airport but no aircraft noise inside!!

No elevator. Saw customers struggle going up stairs. Breakfast was lacking.

Stayed for a week and would do so again!

We were in room 224. It was well situated and it was quiet and we were very comfortable. The fridge was cold and the bed was comfy. I was very impressed.
