Horrible
Cons:

No a/c in the room! Double payment on the room. Once from booking.com and Once from the hotel it's self. They argued with me about it. Show bank statements would not accept. Will never use booking.com or best Western vista again!!!

An older hotel unfortunately showing its age.
Pros:

Breakfast was good as was location; easy on/off freeway. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

AC was on upon our arrival and an open window. Room was very cold. Coffee machine wasn’t clean, no info of not having room microwave so was unable to fix ramen noodles for dinner.

Mixed review. Have stayed at nicer Best Westerns.
Pros:

Our room was entered from interior of hotel door.
Room pretty nice, but small. Breakfast area nice.

Cons:

Shower didn't drain water. Had to ask for soap container for bathroom area. Exterior door entrance didn't seem as safe per airport area.

If you have any disability do not stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

I walk with a cane and was put on the second floor and they have no elevator. Very difficult to drag your bags up the stairs with a cane. I also requested a shuttle in the morning and attend seem really put out with my request, then the next morning I had no shuttle.

Great shampoo, conditioner and soap. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was above average... real eggs!

Cons:

Very small inside room that had a window to the lobby. Room smelled of stale smoke. Cracks in the sink, stains in the tub. Pool and hot tub area needs a deep cleaning.

Nice space very convenient to boise Airport
Pros:

I had stayed here several times. Rooms are comfortable. It's very convenient to the airport.

Cons:

there's no elevator to the upstairs. So transporting luggage is the hassle if you have any physical issues.
