Pros:

Front desk check in. James was very good.

Cons:

Room was hot. Other guests were talking loudly in the hallways after 1am. Pillows were bizarrely small. Breakfast was very crowded, husband was unable to just get coffee. Bathroom needed a good wiped down of door and walls.

Exceptional staff , we had a late arrival after a 14 hour flight and the night staff made it a welcoming check in process
Breakfast was a nice way to start our stay in Boise , fresh and clean facilities . Very accessible location and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

No a/c in the room! Double payment on the room. Once from booking.com and Once from the hotel it's self. They argued with me about it. Show bank statements would not accept. Will never use booking.com or best Western vista again!!!
