If you have any disability do not stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

I walk with a cane and was put on the second floor and they have no elevator. Very difficult to drag your bags up the stairs with a cane. I also requested a shuttle in the morning and attend seem really put out with my request, then the next morning I had no shuttle.

Pros:

Great shampoo, conditioner and soap. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was above average... real eggs!

Cons:

Very small inside room that had a window to the lobby. Room smelled of stale smoke. Cracks in the sink, stains in the tub. Pool and hot tub area needs a deep cleaning.

Nice space very convenient to boise Airport
Pros:

I had stayed here several times. Rooms are comfortable. It's very convenient to the airport.

Cons:

there's no elevator to the upstairs. So transporting luggage is the hassle if you have any physical issues.

It was okay. Would not go back.
Pros:

Nice and clean

Cons:

The room we had was right next to a mechanical room that would make noise around 6am sounded like a helicopter from a close distance and the bed would shake me awake from the vibrations. The two days we stayed there.

Pros:

Nothing actually. Only the staff were courteous and nice.

Cons:

The room had a foul smell. What ever you do, it smells really bad. The floor was dirty. The comforter doesn't have a sheet. There was no microwave in the room. The fridge was stinking.

Would not be a future choice.
Pros:

Property should state that there are NO elevators. Very difficult to carry bags up the stairs. I understand the property can’t guarantee a ground floor room, but there should be a notice that the property has no elevators. I guess there is no need for ADA compliance?

Cons:

Toilet didn’t Flush and walked down to front desk to get a plunger 🪠 at 3 am rather than risk an overflowing toilet.

Great location!
Pros:

We paid for parking and then walked to the airport terminal early in the morning. Perfect!
