Great location on beach but for breakfast go to Sunliner Diner.
Pros:

Chose this hotel for its location right on the beach. We were only staying 1 night but it is a walk out the back of the hotel and onto a lovely beach on Gulf Shores, the room was fine for 1 night and car parking was free and easy to get a space.

Cons:

Reception staff not very welcoming on arrival, when you can see main entrance from reception and see people coming in with cases it is a fair bet they are checking in so a welcome smile wouldn't go amiss!

Worst place to stay for what it cost!
Pros:

Location Only!

Cons:

1st, the only cart we found to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor was very old, broken and nasty.
2. The room smelled awful, old musky carpet but with some kind of floral room spray to try to cover it up...made it worse.
3. No exhaust fan in the bathroom (that worked)
4. AC condenser unit outside on balcony put out so much heat on the tiny balcony, we had to turn the AC off just to sit out there.
5. The outdoor shower had weak pressure, wouldn't rinse off the sand from beach without you physically washing it.
6. No lobby coffee available, unless upon request
7. Will never stay again
