Excellent hotel with stunning views. Excellent location. Very good breakfast, waffle making machine was a big hot with my kids. Rooms very clean. Pool are was perfect and clean. Cant wait to go back.
Hôtel propre et bien placé dans Sedona Uptown. La piscine et la poolhouse sont très bien.
Lits trop mous, le petit déjeuner peu varié.
The view and is very quiet, you don’t need to drive to go places. The Soap they use is high quality shampoo handwash hand soap really nice quality
They didn’t specify how to get to the Oak Creek. I dont know if its accessible from the hotel
They say location is everything I hospitality, while this is true and this property couldn't be in a better place I feel that the people who work for the hotel make just as much an impact. From Mark at the front desk to the friendly housekeepers and maintenence staff everyone in this hotel exceeds expectations. They were all so kind and excited to assist us and help us make the most of our stay. So come for the beautiful views, immaculate rooms, and perfect location in uptown, but stay for the extraordinary individuals that truly care about you and welcome you in as if it was there own home. Can't wait to come back!

The view only
We were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was not welcoming and came across as rude, which made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.
On a positive note, the room has an absolutely beautiful view, and we would like to recognize a gentleman on the hotel staff who was extremely kind. Our room key didn’t work when we first tried to enter the room, and before we even had to ask for help, he noticed the problem, came over, and quickly helped us resolve it. His professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room has a very strong smell of old, dirty carpet, which made it feel less clean and affected our comfort.
We have stayed at four different hotels in Sedona, and this was the only one that charged for parking and the only one that charged us for early check-in, even though the hotel did not appear to be busy. More importantly, it was the only hotel where we had such a disappointing overall experience.
My husband and I absolutely love visiting Sedona and make it a point to come here whenever we can. Sadly, because of this experience, we will not stay at this hotel again, nor will we recommend it to our friends and family.
We truly hope the hotel improves its customer service at the front desk and addresses the condition of the carpets, because the property itself has an amazing location and breathtaking views. Unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by the overall experience.
First of all, you can’t beat the location! Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Sedona.
The amenities are super!
2 outdoor pools, 1 indoors.
2 hot tubs, one outdoors and one indoors and they were hot!
2 sauna.
A large gym, racketball and tennis areas. There was a game room with shuffle board and old school Packman video game all free of cost. We especially likes playing pool at one of two billiards tables.
The best surprise was a large creek behind the property that butts up against a national forest. Take the time to sit and relax. The rapid water hitting the rocks was so relaxing.
Breakfast offered a big selection and something for everyone.
The grounds and building itself needed a little attention. The employees working seemed a little tired and very low energy but overall, a nice two day getaway.
Wish there was an onsite restaurant and bar. We also experienced an air conditioning failure. It did get fixed but my initial phone call I was told to switch rooms or call best Western directly because I was in one of the timeshare locations. I got a call the next day by somebody at the front desk who addressed it immediately.
Staff (Mark) did an exceptional job at making sure our stay was comfortable. He provided us with exceptional customer service! The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect in accessibility to restaurants and shops.

Well, overpriced for what you get stated a BW across town the night before to me. It was just a nice and clean for a whole lot less money.
This is our 4th stay at Arroyo Roble. We loved coming here when our kids were small because of the pools. Now, we like the views and the memories and the access to Oak Creek at the bottom of the hill. Honestly, we were irritated by the $25 early check in at 1pm and $25 parking fee, but the fees were not hidden. It is a solid, but aging property.
