Will return!!
Pros:

The property was gorgeous and so conveniently located in Uptown Sedona. It is unique because the hotel shares the facility with the resort next door, so we had access to their indoor outdoor pool, hot tubs, and game rooms (billiards, ping pong, air hockey, football). It is walking distance to shops, Gelato, ice cream Pizza/pasta restaurants, Mexican restaurants, the trolley and other tours. Would recommend!!!

Cons:

It seemed to be a place frequented mostly by adults, so well behaved children are welcome.

Pros:

The views were amazing and the amenities were excellent (pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub). Also the daily breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There were maintenance issues that were noticeable (broken fountain that was a main view from the hotel, missing cushions on patio loungers).
The mattress in room 408 was TERRIBLE and needs to be replaced.

Reserve a king bed; get a room for a king
Pros:

The king bed room is a very large room with a fireplace and unequaled view.
The bathroom is unequaled. A small area for a refrigerator and microwave, then a sink, then a small room for the toilet. To the side is a large room with ceiling mounted heat lamps holding a jacuzzi hot tub, a sink, and a stand alone shower with dual heads - ceiling and wall mounted.
Believe the sofa is a sleeper bed sofa.

Great location, water pressure and views.
Pros:

This is an amazing location, our room was 104 with a view of red rocks and easy access to the pool and reception for water and coffee. Very clean and the best shower water pressure and hot water. Easy to park but paid extra, breakfast is standard. Very comfortable beds. The only suggestion is no more plastic utensils and must recycle all the cups used everywhere.
