The location and price are awesome, but the rooms and housekeeping under par.
Pros:

It was very reasonably priced and was in an excellent location, and breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The rooms (we had a suite) were not very clean, and window dressings dirty and broken. And housekeeping was not very good. We had to go back to the main desk multiple times to have basic items (e.g., body wash, shampoo, etc.) delivered to the room, and some of the towels were significantly frayed.

Great location and value
Pros:

Great location. Located next to the hot springs. Had a pool and jacuzzi, pickleball courts, a place to barbecue, a small playground, bike shop was across the street. We took our bikes on the bus to Aspen and biked to Glenwood Springs. If I did it again I would bike Aspen to Carbondale and take the bike on the bus back to Glenwood since the last part of the ride was very hot with little shade and near the road. We walked across the bridge to town for dinners. We hiked Hanging Lake before driving home in the morning.

The staff was great! The breakfast was great! The atmosphere was great!.
The beds in#163 were a little rough. Two days of backaches. ... We made it through and it was a great stay.
Only wish someone would've had the fire pits on, up on the hill.....we spent a lot of time there.
We will stay again!

Great, fun and nice stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious! There was a variety of food which made it nice. The fun activities for kids, pickleball, pool, volleyball, corn hole, playground, frisbee golf was such a blast for my children. So convenient. Very nice facility and overall great stay!

Cons:

The dining area a little bigger for seating during breakfast.

The grounds were great the location great...

Cons:

When I walked in I could smell deoderizer as the time went on that faded and the smell it was disguising got worse a strong smell of urine...There was only one extra blanket for 2 beds that blanket smelled like it had not been cleaned in ages...I could see pee on the wall and table legs and around the bed...The toilet seat fell off with me on it...I told staff it was fixed only to have the same thing happen the next day....There was a loop lock that was shoulder level that kept getting hit so it would lock it self then the door would jam happened 3 times took great strength to get it to shut to open it ...This needs to be raised higher...Could be dangerous...I had to climb out the window....I finally taped it back so it wouldn't happen....I choose this place because I had stayed there years before and I liked there UV light cleaning policy....I was told when we paid an extra 60 dollars for pets was for cleaning....My room was not cleaned...When we packed up I brought my own UV light in to see how bad it really was....The carpet was absolutely disgusting pee every where...Walls, chair and table legs....Carpet needs to be removed it is so bad....I had to sleep with the window wide open no screen because it smelled so bad.....I emailed you no response I called left a message no response I called and talked to someone that said manager would get back with me,nothing....I feel I need the pet charge refunded...I also could not believe the extra fee to park...I paid 500 for 2 week nights with 80$ in unexpected fees that were not explained when I booked this room....Its sad because the place used to be great and clean....Im sure I will only get an AI response back like all the other reviews....I plan on disputeing this with my bank..I management woul have made some attempt to resolve this i would not dispute this....Highly disappointed

It didn't say anything about payed parking. 10$ a say!!.. and than they charged us 50 extra dollars not even sure what that was for.. I wound be staying here ever again....

Quite a good stay
Pros:

Good stay. Clean & spacious room.
There was a young lady singing outside of an evening, we were the only ones there watching. It’s a shame people weren’t notified of these services on arrival, for more people enjoy.
Loved the gardens & herb and veggie patches 🪴🧑🏼‍🌾🫜
