The grounds were great the location great...
When I walked in I could smell deoderizer as the time went on that faded and the smell it was disguising got worse a strong smell of urine...There was only one extra blanket for 2 beds that blanket smelled like it had not been cleaned in ages...I could see pee on the wall and table legs and around the bed...The toilet seat fell off with me on it...I told staff it was fixed only to have the same thing happen the next day....There was a loop lock that was shoulder level that kept getting hit so it would lock it self then the door would jam happened 3 times took great strength to get it to shut to open it ...This needs to be raised higher...Could be dangerous...I had to climb out the window....I finally taped it back so it wouldn't happen....I choose this place because I had stayed there years before and I liked there UV light cleaning policy....I was told when we paid an extra 60 dollars for pets was for cleaning....My room was not cleaned...When we packed up I brought my own UV light in to see how bad it really was....The carpet was absolutely disgusting pee every where...Walls, chair and table legs....Carpet needs to be removed it is so bad....I had to sleep with the window wide open no screen because it smelled so bad.....I emailed you no response I called left a message no response I called and talked to someone that said manager would get back with me,nothing....I feel I need the pet charge refunded...I also could not believe the extra fee to park...I paid 500 for 2 week nights with 80$ in unexpected fees that were not explained when I booked this room....Its sad because the place used to be great and clean....Im sure I will only get an AI response back like all the other reviews....I plan on disputeing this with my bank..I management woul have made some attempt to resolve this i would not dispute this....Highly disappointed
It didn't say anything about payed parking. 10$ a say!!.. and than they charged us 50 extra dollars not even sure what that was for.. I wound be staying here ever again....

Good stay. Clean & spacious room.
There was a young lady singing outside of an evening, we were the only ones there watching. Itโs a shame people werenโt notified of these services on arrival, for more people enjoy.

No pool
Breakfast was pretty good. Biscuits and gravy were very yummy.

Pool and hot tub very dirty. Got an infection from the pool. Room missing items. Front desk manager very nice but all other employees very hositle

The property is a basic hotel with very nice staff. Great location for seeing sights. A little dark though.
Pool is too small. They had cleaned the rugs in the hall and had a floor fan trying to dry them. It smelled of mildew.

I loved all the things they offer. My kids loved the pool and pickle ball!
Nothing really. The pool was a little crowded with kids and parents constantly yelling at their own kids. But nothing anyone can do about that! It was actually more crowded on the weekday than the weekend.
