Good stay for the price
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Price was great. The grounds were nice: more than expected.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was poor. Walls were very thin between rooms.

Unprepared Rooms and Understaffed
Pros:

Rooms were as described with a good breakfast and plenty of facilities. I loved the fire pits and seating areas, and the landscape and surrounding area was lovely.

Cons:

I had booked 3 rooms and, even after describing how many people were in each, my third room was not prepared or fully clean. We had an exhausting check in and I found out that there’s no housekeeping in the evening to help with things like sheets and towels. My friend and I ended up fully making up 2 beds on our own because no linens were provided like they promised. The poor (new) staff member was trying to help but my goodness, he struggled for over an hour to manage the entire property by himself and get us things like towels and linens.
I also contacted the property weeks ahead of time to request a special gift in one of my rooms for a birthday, and was told they could do that (think birthday card or towel animal). This request was not honored when I got there.
Lastly I had to pay the surprise parking fee which is required at every property now I guess. $10 per vehicle per night.

Excellent location , Great place to spend time with family and relax.
Pros:

Excellent location, and many family friendly amenities , my family and I enjoyed playing pickle ball on thier court during the hours long power outage effecting multiple towns in the area. I am thankful we picked the best western for our stay in Glenwood springs

Prima voor een nachtje op doorreis
Pros:

Het was een ok hotel, niets bijzonders. De incheck ging soepel, vriendelijk personeel. Prima bedden.Gewoon een overnachting op doorreis is prima, hier ga je niet je hele vakantie doorbrengen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt valt wat tegen, geen koffie opties. Weinig brood opties. Weinig beleg opties. Wel prima wafels.
Geen flesje water in de koelkast als welkom.
Een beetje onderhoud is nodig op verschillende puntjes, bijvoorbeeld tegeltjes missen bij zwembad, verroeste staanders van de railingen bij trappen .

Probably stay again
Pros:

Good breakfast, morning staff quite friendly. We were visiting family in Glenwood and had a sandwich outside using a table near the playground. Grandkids enjoyed this a lot.

Cons:

Recently added parking fee, and the checking attitude that I should have known about this as it is in the fine print. Maybe so: my question was why the change, and this was not answered. Even with the charge, the price here is good.

Great price, nice hotel, great location.
Pros:

Good location along the free Ride Glenwood Route. Right next to the Gondola’s. Waffles were delicious. Laundry facilities on site.

Cons:

Property was on a small slope. No bathroom mat.
