Nothing to dislike
The fire pit area was great touch with the complementary s’mores. The coffee and tea selection was great in the morning. The staff was excellent.
Just felt it was a bit dated and needs a refresh of the rooms and facilities.
We liked so much the location, that it was clean, and comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean, and had newer machines, at no charge and they provided soap pods. Coffee 24/7, comfortable seating around the fire pit, the overlook of the river. We did not use but there was an indoor pool,a working hot tub. Next to the hotel was a breakfast buffet. We stayed 3 nights. Oh and the smores bag given at checkin.
It was all good. We were on first floors, 4 doors down from the office, it had an interior door to hallway and office and an exterior door to our car was excellent. Not sure if I would like it as much if I didn’t have those two things.
Great location for visiting Yellowstone! The hotel is only about 5 minutes from the North Entrance and very close to the iconic Roosevelt Arch, making it a convenient base for exploring the park.
The lack of an elevator and complimentary breakfast were downsides. I would stay here again—though I’d leave the big luggage in the car and bring only essentials for the night.

The shower. Too small water temperature very difficult to adjust and not enough water pressure. They have an hour glass hanging in the shower to time the length of your shower but it takes a long time to get the water hot or enough pressure to rinse off.

Little comforts are provided to travelers - smores kit, free laundry, coffee. That added a nice touch. I did think the location would be a bit more scenic but it was fine. Very close to Yellowstone.
$50 pet fee. I would like to see that drop about 20%.
What isn’t there to like! This place is perfect!!! They have cookies when you check in. They have s’more’s kits with an entire Hersheys bar and marshmallows and gram crackers!!! You can roast your marshmallows to perfection with their forks.
The fire pit area created a seating area for people to gather and share time and stories. This place seriously knows what this area needs and they cater to all clientele with kindness and care.

The location worked perfect as this was the route we were finishing driving Yellowstone for the day and going back the following day. The s’mores packets you get when check in are a cute idea
This was not a cheap hotel, I was expecting a little better. It didn’t seem that clean even the walls looks dirty. The bathroom fan was so loud. There was a massive big type of bug crawling around the window when we got there too. Need more fire pits for the s’mores, we came out and checked the two fire pits and the same people had been sitting down in front of the big fire pit all evening, finally got to use the smaller one around 9pm - maybe introduce slots for people to use then instead of the same people hogging them all evening
