It was alright.
Pros:

I like that it was close to everything and that it had a balcony. I also like how clean the breakfast area was and how good the food was.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool was closed because that was the main reason why I book there. I wanted somewhere close to everything wit a pool and I couldn’t enjoy that. I also didn’t like been at the first floor because there was people upstairs making a lot of noise and I couldn’t sleep good.

A good value and central location.
Pros:

Underground parking was easy to get to with plenty of spaces.

Cons:

In our room the bathroom light had a motion detector that would come on for no reason. So you had light and a fan going at odd times.

This is a clean, pleasant, attractive hotel with spacious rooms and a very helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, pleasant, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Once we parked in the garage, we were able to leave our car and walk everywhere. What a delight!

The breakfast room is very small.

Location was good

Cons:

Hotel is VERY noisy - rooms don't have much sound proofing - you hear TVs, voices, upstairs movement, doors slamming in hallway...we did not sleep very well. Disappointing for a Best Western.

Great location walking distance to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Less than 10 min drive to about anything in Monterey or surrounding cities

Cons:

It overall was a great hotel, the breakfast was not great. Not a ton of options, especially for kids.
