The property is a great location, close to restaurants and close to the beach! Our kids loved how friendly the staff was, access to the pool and breakfast variety. This being our second stay at this location, we were very happy with our stay. They also were able to provide us with a crib when we realized we forgot our pack n play.

Séjour à Monterey.
Cons:

Décoration vieillotte. On entendait la TV de la chambre voisine. Pas même une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est minable. Servi dans des assiettes en carton, des couverts en plastique et nourriture de piètre qualité. Prix exorbitant pour une qualité moindre.

Clean and comfortable. Not very central.
Pros:

Nice, clean, breakfast was good (although some fruit and vegetables would've been nice). Complimentary coffee/hot chocolate machine and microwave in the lobby. The water fountain was also a nice touch. Heated pool and jacuzee.
Alan at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
A few restaurants right across the street.

Cons:

The walls and ceiling are incredibly thin. When the upstairs neighbours walked in their room it sounded like the ceilinig was about to collapse on us.
About 15-20 minute walk to fisherman's wharf.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais politique d’accueil à revoir

Hotel très bien situé à proximité du centre sans les inconvénients et parking gratuit

Cons:

50 dollars pour être arrivés 1h15 plus tôt !! Après un long voyage on n’a pas eu le choix mais cette pratique commerciale est une première pour nous dans tous nos road trip. À chaque fois, on a pu avoir nos chambres plus tôt sans supplément.
Le ménage et la chambre : fait uniquement sur demande. Quand on reste trois jours ce devrait être automatiquement fait au moins une fois
Le personnel d’accueil: une catastrophe! À part le gentil personnel d’entretien, sinon personne ne salue jamais au lobby. Pire, personne ne répond à nos bonjours.

Pros:

The staff here is genuinely hospitable. I booked a deluxe room with a small balcony, no chairs can fit on the balcony, that's a good idea for kids safety. It was roomy with a king size bed and fire place. No room service, which was fine with me. It's close to all the best restaurants and shops not more than 4 miles away. Thanks Best Western Plus. 😃

The pillows need to be a bit firmer. A little too soft.

It was okay. Good to be back home.
Pros:

Location was fine and parking was easy. I loved that we had four pillows, and the bed was comfortable. I'm glad the bedding was white.

Cons:

Breakfast was truly terrible. No fruits, and very unappetizing everything else. I did not like that the living area in our room with a fireplace didn't have a light (it would have been very easy to install a light in the fan over that area), and the floor lamp hummed all the time and could not be unplugged.

we were only there for a short time, but we had a nice day. Of course it would’ve been better to be closer to the wharf,

I loved that it had a room for a family of five. That is often very difficult to find. We also enjoyed the garage parking. The pool and hot tub were also very nice.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there was a fitness room.
