Important information:

For safety reasons, the sauna and the hammam are strictly prohibited for children under 16 years old. Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 12 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquillity of the place under pain of exclusion.

Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Le Spa du Crystal by using our e-Concierge App. The spa is not very busy on week days. Therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM ARE TURNED ON ONLY FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO THURSDAY (4:00 TO 10:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY). The schedule will be normal on week-ends, public holiday or school holidays." Thank you for your understanding.

Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in (rate of the room x number of nights + city taxes) + a request of a credit card for a pre-autorisation or a cash deposit as a guarantee (minimum 50 Euros per person and per night). Bien à très bien dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Très beau et bon buffet avec des produits locaux.
Personnel très sympathique.
Accueil moyen, pas d’aide pour les bagages.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite .

Outstanding Hospitality in Nancy
Pros:

The hospitality and friendliness exceeded my highest expectations. Alexia at the front desk and the woman working at the bar were truly outstanding. The room felt new and modern. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I’m in Nancy.

Pros:

J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement, le personnel est très très gentil. La chambre était très propre, je la trouve un chouïa Petite le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les hôtesses trop gentils 10/10 seul petit bémol, le bar en chambre qui est payant, j’aurais aimé qu’une bouteille d’eau soit offerte pour l’arrivée mais c’est tout.

Pros:

Très bel accueil, personnel attentionné. L'hôtel a été bien rénové, et le rooftop est super agréable. La localisation est également top, la gare est à 3mn à pied.

Cons:

Les chambres standard sont vraiment petites, mais jolies et confortables, le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

Chambre confortable, calme, un peu petite.
Propreté impeccable, hotel décoré avec goût.
Bar : très bien, liste de cocktails et boissons ++

Cons:

Parking : il faut se parker à 3-400m et transférer ses bagages à pieds jusqu'à l'hotel, difficile de s'arrêter juste devant pour décharger la voiture.
Petit déjeuner : manque de tables à l'heure d'affluence, il faut attendre pour avoir une place.
Tenue vestimentaire du personnel au bar : à revoir. Dans un 4* on ne sert pas les client en baskets de couleur...
