Gran sitio para pasar un día en La Rochelle

La suite Quebec está genial, muy amplia y con zonas separadas para los niños y los padres. El hotel en general es muy bonito y la terraza es muy agradable

Cuando llegamosc el aire acondiconado no funcionaba, nos quejamos y no nos hicieron ni caso. La habitación estaba a pie de calle, por lo que esta situación nos obligó, debido al calor, a tener la ventana abierta a pie de calle, sin intimidad ni seguridad. El personal no nos hizo ni caso, aunque cuando nos fuimos la manager tuvo el detalle de devolvernos una parte del precio, pero no sé trataba de pagar menos sino de estar bien.

Pros:

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. We love the style and size of the rooms and especially the large garden. Breakfast was great. Good location too within easy walking distance of La Rochelle market, town centre and the old port.

Pleasant , ticked all the boxes for our short stay

Location and loved the little outside courtyard

Cons:

I was annoyed that when I checked in I was told my breakfast was included which I queried and was assured it was . It was not and I was charged . So bit annoyed
