The garden was tranquil. The entrance beautiful
The dangerous floor with holes that chair legs went through in dining room. Chaotic breakfast -had to ask for cups plates bacon yogurt.

Bâtisse historique incroyable. Personnel jeune MAIS compétent et aux petits soins.
Eclairage des chambres impersonnel et trop criard. Propreté des WC à revoir (traces noires en fond du cuvette)... Une vasque bouchée... Globalement, cet hôtel est magnifique mais mériterait des travaux de rénovation pour arriver aux standards 4 étoiles.

The bedroom was very small with only one bedside table and the very appreciated kettle was on a knee high table.

Piękna villa z ogrodem. Duży, wygodny pokój. Dobre, urozmaicone śniadania. Przemiły personel w recepcji, pani mówiła po polsku. Polecam hotel i samo miasto.
LEAVING!
ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! What looks like faeces on the carpet lights that don’t work broken toilet flush blood on curtains and very unhelpful and RUDE manager!!! Looks good on booking.com photos but in reality it’s best to completely avoid and if you do stay and have a problem seek help from Matthis as he is calm reasonable and friendly and did his best to help us when we had no choice but to cancel our booking leaving us without a hotel in a city we didn’t know when we arrived due to the issues. The manager Fanny said we were being difficult and a problem and if it were her she would except the room and get on and have a “good time” she was so rude it left me in tears! She went home rather then stay and resolve the issue wouldn’t give us an immediate refund to rebook accommodation somewhere else that night was dishonest about the cancellation process with booking.com and the list goes on we don’t feel she is management material!
Beautiful typically French chic' type hotel (but not stuffy!) Full of character. Garden was a tranquil oasis and it was a treat to take the lovely breakfast in the garden. Lovely room and escalator useful as I had hurt my leg.
It was a 15 minute walk to the old harbour area, and the market area with restaurants was even closer. Car park not far.
Staff always pleasant and attentive, particularly the young man on reception when we arrived on the Monday evening.
A fridge in the room would have been nice perhaps.
