All in all quite relaxing
Pros:

Room and meal were great. Staff was friedly and polite very impressed with they way they were always handy to help and made you feel welcome.

Cons:

Bed slid across floor need new brakes or pedestal frames.
Disappointed that the pool and spa were not open, I was looking forward to using them.

terrible experience
Pros:

I don’t know how this place has any stars, we checked in and immediately everything went down hill, the pool is “closed” when they had told us it was available, the lock on one of our rooms was broken off and they wouldn’t give us a different room, there was a strong smell of weed and cigarette and there was cockroaches. there was also a homeless man being a creep looking in cars and under them. security was walking around but wouldn’t tell them anything.

Pros:

Selected the property because it was inexpensive

Cons:

Room was dirty: sheets didn’t look like they had been changed since they had some crust and stains, there was tiny pieces of glass in the sheets so we slept on top of the sheets, and walking around the hotel room turned our feet black and floor felt grainy.

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication from the staff and management.

Customer service was practically nonexistent. Staff members were unhelpful.

Don't waste your time, money, or energy. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with far more respect and professionalism.

The staff was great, but the hotel was a big letdown
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

Aged, bugs in the room, and the pool light was drug across the pool bottom. The homeless was really disappointing for a mom and daughter to stay at. Breakfast was sad.
