It was horribly dirty, had cockroaches, and somebody’s belongings with a bunch of sticky crap underneath the bed
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of TV channels to watch and they had nice amenities. The walk to old town Sacramento was nice.
The location was a bit on the rough side. Several people were around that looked homeless and asking for a handout. The balcony was nice but easily accessible by anyone on the ground and several people were hanging around at the bottom or nextdoor parking lot. We were looking forward to the pool, but it had so many bugs we couldn't swim in it. Jacuzzi was also cold.

Meu irmão ficou num quarto que não havia sido limpo…restos de uma festa ainda estavam no quarto…parecia algo como uma festa de casamento, frutas estragadas no quarto, um horror.
What I likes about the property was the convenient location.
The floor from the room was dirty it was like they didn’t sweep or moped the floors my bathroom shower didn’t had a curtain they only leave two or three towels and the towels are really small.

Very poor experience compared to other Best Westerns we’ve stayed at… Missing door knob/large peep hole into the bathroom, several bugs on the floor (looked like baby cockroaches), faucet had a non stop drip, no phone in the room, shower head sprayed water at the joint if you tried to adjust it - but the worst part was that there was a weird hoodie guy that came banging on our door at different times (he didn’t reply through the door when we asked what he wanted, which made it extra creepy). Sketchy area, and did not feel safe here. I didn’t give it one star only bc the beds were clean and seemed ok. Would NOT come back.
