The room and property itself was clean
It was awesome
Very poor experience compared to other Best Westerns we’ve stayed at… Missing door knob/large peep hole into the bathroom, several bugs on the floor (looked like baby cockroaches), faucet had a non stop drip, no phone in the room, shower head sprayed water at the joint if you tried to adjust it - but the worst part was that there was a weird hoodie guy that came banging on our door at different times (he didn’t reply through the door when we asked what he wanted, which made it extra creepy). Sketchy area, and did not feel safe here. I didn’t give it one star only bc the beds were clean and seemed ok. Would NOT come back.

The breakfast had every regular breakfast option and a rotating daily specials menu
The bedding and towels are rather old.
Nothing it was in a terrible part of neighborhood went into 4 different rooms ro only find dirty toilets and hair in tub pee on the back of wall .brought to their attention and they were so rude since they got called put never would I stay again .

Don’t recommend at all not due to property but staff wasn’t helpful we got robbed and our room was tampered, didn’t even get to sleep the night only stayed 40 minutes and left 6 hours and our room window was tampered with proof

Disappointed that the pool and spa were not open, I was looking forward to using them.
I don’t know how this place has any stars, we checked in and immediately everything went down hill, the pool is “closed” when they had told us it was available, the lock on one of our rooms was broken off and they wouldn’t give us a different room, there was a strong smell of weed and cigarette and there was cockroaches. there was also a homeless man being a creep looking in cars and under them. security was walking around but wouldn’t tell them anything.
