We had another guest harassing our family. He was being very confrontational.

They gave away the upgraded room we paid for and it was overall just disgusting. To top it all off the AC wouldn’t work and they had to get someone out just to get it going. Even after the handyman/security guard worked on it it still wouldn’t blow cool air.
