Lovely hotel -building and staff, in central old town location.
Pros:

Beautiful old building with contemporary style. Perfect central location.
Excellent breakfast.
V.helpful, kind staff who stayed late to receipt us when we were after 10.30.pm due to ferry delays.

Pros:

Hôtel très propre et proche de tout (tram, bus, centre, restaurants, commerces).
Personnel très agréable et serviable.
La literie est parfaite et le petit déjeuner est très varié, copieux et très bon.
Le spa est également très agréable mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Excellent hotel, very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with excellent food, good off road parking. Staff were very helpful and hard working. Good location for the early morning ferry trip.

Parkplatz vor der Tür und es gab einen Fahrstuhl.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude..........unser Zimmer roch sehr muffelig und wurde vom Servicepersonal mit Raumspray überdeckt.
Wir hatten uns von den schönen Bildern im Internet leiten lassen, die Bilder sind vom Haupthaus....

Uns hat die exterme Freundlichkeits des Personals sehr gut gefallen - sehr zuvorkommend
Wir hatten ein tolles, sauberes Zimmer - vielleicht etwas warm (es gibt keine Klimaanlage)
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
wir können nur empfehlen, auch in dem Restaurant zu essen - tolle französische Küche mit wechselnden Tagesmenü zu fairen Preisen.

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum war winzig und verdient den Namen nicht - aber nur eine Kleinigkeit - man kann ja auch draußen Sport machen

Goede ligging, goed ontbijt met veel keuze. Heel goed restaurant.

Heel onbeleefde jongedame aan de receptie zowel bij aankomst als bij vertrek. Ander personeel was wel vriendelijk.
