Fantastic Stay
Pros:

We liked everything and will be back next year, the Hotel had a fantastic location, the room was lovely good size clean bad was very comfy, just loved all of it.

L'odeur de la moquette dans la chambre... odeur de transpiration pas agréable du tout
Pas de machine à café dans la chambre
Pas de place dans la salle de bain pour poser trousse de toilettes etc (juste un évier, pas de meuble)
Rideau de douche dans la salle de bain
En fait, le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas du tout équilibré... 200€ une chambre pour une nuit dans un hôtel étoilé pour ce niveau de service c'est aberrant...

Pros:

Nice location, friendly staff.
Lovely pool and Jacuzzi

Cons:

Paper cups in the room, no proper curtains, extremely dirty hallway carpets, very expensive. Room wasn't ready on arrival even though we gave notice of time of arrival, we were given the key to find housekeeping still in the room.

VERY GOOD STAY, LOCATION AND STAFF ARE EXCELLENT
Pros:

Very clean, spacious and modern hotel in a good location.

Cons:

I found it very difficult to find using a satnav, the post code actually sent me to the other side of the river and I had to ask for directions from a local. Surely there must be code that would direct me closer to the hotel.

Disappointing & very poor value
Pros:

arrived a little early - reception staff were very abrupt & instructed us to put our luggage into a small room & come back later.
Room was OK - poor selection of tea/ coffee in the room. We wanted to have some chocolate in the evening but were informed that no chocolate was available in the hotel or at the bar - very poor!!
Breakfast was not good - hot food was cold & quality of pastries was seriously bad for a French hotel.

Cons:

Reception staff were very poor - we had issues with our room key card not working & had to keep asking for a new card & the ladies on reception were not helpful
