Cons:

Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower dispensers fell off the shower wall due to bad adhesive tape. Shower drains backed up.

Aside from the Tixic
Pros:

Location was perfect for all our obligations we had for the weekend. The manager was the best. Very accommodating. Because of our Genius Level, we were able to check in early which really helped us.

Cons:

There was a disaster in the area. The toxic chemical threat in Garden Grove was 11 miles away yet there was no warning nor information from the hotel. We couldn’t sleep our first night knowing we might need to evacuate at any moment. We never unpacked and we made our own evacuation route if needed. Thankfully the tank did not leak nor explode before we left but it’s still not been resolved. We feel so bad for all the people that live in that area.

Cons:

The corners in the bathroom needed to be clean. Surprising since the rest of the room was very clean.

Good for what it was. Staff were friendly.

There’s a little shopping center adjacent from the hotel.

Cons:

I choose on the website for an earlier check in and I still wasn’t able to check in until after 2. It was fine, not a huge deal because we ended up getting to our destination at about 1-ish and we only had to wait an hour.
