I chose it based on them advertise great location and positive reviews just to be faced with very unprofessional and rude personal. The last drop was the owner. He came shake my hand and scream "if you have problem, leave" making a very disrespectful hand gesture my face. This was after requesting for two days to have a change of room base on very horrible conditions (loud noise, destroyed installations and even bed thinks that left marks all over my body) I must confess I was super shocked, I remain calmed the entire visit, and they all had excuses and blame it on me for not being able to accommodate on the times they needed me to come - I could not as I was on a business trip and couldn't come back to the hotel in the middle of the day from more than 1h away where the company is located for them to be satisfied - The owner came again screaming a second time on the entire hall and when I asked him to calm down or I will call the police he got more violent, it is only until a native speaker from my company came that then he reacted different.

What a horrible experience, not sure if based on a xenophobic or racial grounds or just pure bad manners. Would not recommend if you are woman traveling alone.

Frühstück war minimalistisch.

Cons:

Zimmer Nr. 231: hatte nur ein kleines Fenster in einen Lichthof, entsprach nicht den Fotos auf booking.com. Um 2:42 Uhr begann im Lichthof ein Kompressor zu laufen, was schlafen unmöglich machte. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist. Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe - so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert.
Wir haben das Zimmer gleich beim Check-in reklamiert - angeblich war kein anderes frei. 4 Sterne für diese Unterkunft sind mir unverständlich.

Veľmi nám vyhovovala poloha hotela. Komunikácia pri objednávaní ubytovania, aj pri ubytovaní výborná, príjemná. Raňajky veľmi chutné a pestré, izba priestranná, tichá, posteľ pohodlná. Ďakujeme za príjemné ubytovanie

Sprcha v kúpeľni nemá hadicu, dávam prednosť takému riešeniu.
