Pros:

Hôtel très bien équipé avec belle piscine, idéalement placé au bord du lac.
Le restaurant avec rooftop est magnifique et apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée avec la qualité de ses plats sachant que le petit déjeuner est egalement copieux et très qualitatif.
Équipe souriante et attentionnée.

MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE
Pros:

Hôtel propre, bonne situation, bonne réception, mais pas franche !

Cons:

En pleine canicule (nous sommes en juin) pas de climatisation ! A la réception on s'est bien gardé de nous le dire. Lorsque nous avons réclamé, on nous a hypocritement donné une autre chambre en feignant l'étonnement. Evidemment dans la nouvelle chambre, pas de clim. Nous avons pourtant constaté que dans les deux chambres que nous avons visitées il y avait des ventilateurs ! Donc, iles étaient bien au courant. D'autres personnes d'ailleurs se sont plaintes. C'est absolument inadmissible. Certes une panne peut arriver, mais ne pas informer les clients et en plus feindre l'ignorance, est en dessous de tout ! Nous avons passé une nuit épouvantable avec un ventilateur qui ne brassait que de l'air chaud. Il n'y aura pas de second séjour, c'est certain.

Schöne Unterkunft unmittelbar am See gelegen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und läd zu schönen Spaziergängen am See ein. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A nice hotel in a great location with some good facilities but a little short on hospitality.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was open when we arrived but closed later in the evening. The restaurant served us, even though the chef wanted to close the kitchen at 21:00, but we got food and drinks thanks to the friendly waiting staff. There were some parking spaces on site. The hotel is next to a lovely lake for swims and walks.

Cons:

The chef tried closing the kitchen even as 10 of us arrived for dinner at 20:30, as per our booked time.

Séjour agréable dans un cadre magnifique
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité du lac. Personnel souriant, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le spa est propre, calme et très agréable. Un excellent séjour, je recommande sans hésiter .

La proximité du lac et du port - la literie confortable - le professionnalisme de la réceptionniste et sa gentillesse

Cons:

La piscine intérieure avec aucun espace pour se poser et avec vue sur le parking - nous avions réservé deux chambre vue lac - une était bien l’autre beaucoup moins - les joints moisis autour de la baignoire - je m’attendais à autre chose de la part d’un Best Western - nous sommes restés une nuit au lieu de quatre -
