Très bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable et bien placé. Personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont très chics et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très varie et de qualité. La piscine est très agréable.

Cons:

Des rideaux occultants dans les chambres seraient appréciables.
Le dimanche matin au petit-déjeuner il n'y avait qu'une seule personne pour toute assumer : cuisiner, assurer le reassort en salle, débarrasser et dresser les tables.... bref cette personne était débordée car nous étions nombreux. Du coup les délais pour être servi étaient long, du jus d'orange avait été renversé tout le monde marchait dedans. Ce n'était pas digne de l'hôtel et vraiment dissonant avec tout le reste en terme de qualité, c'est bien dommage.

Super Hotel mit guter Preis-Leistung in Strandnähe
Pros:

Schönes, einfach- modernes Zimmer mit Balkon und AC mit herrlichem Bett und Düvé. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank komplettieren das sehr gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses. Das supergute und reichhaltige, dazu buchbare Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert bei wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Freundliches Personal.
Hotel super in Strandnähe und guten Restaurants gelegen.

Situation was fantastic just 1 minute from the harbour and beach.

Pros:

Nur das das Personal nett war.

Cons:

Alles andere. Das gebuchte Zimmer war vor allem abgewohnt und dreckig. Die Fenster schließen nicht. Der Preis rechtfertigt diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise.

Prima verblijf, ontbijt was een teleurstelling

De locatie, parkergelegenheid, het personeel bij de receptie, de kamer en de algehele indruk waren prima, maar …

Cons:

Het ontbijt. We waren om 9:15 bij het ontbiijt, dat is meer dan 1 uur voor sluiting. Er was geen bestek, geen koffie- en theekopjes, geen borden, veel eten was op, het buffet zag er rommelig uit. Ik kan me voorstellen dat het kort van te voren druk is geweest, maar dan nog vond ik het personeel niet erg gemotiveerd en niet representatief overkomen en vooral reactief reageren.
