Ubicación genial, muy confortable, buena limpieza y desayuno variado de calidad.
Pros:

Estuvimos tres noches con mi esposo y mis dos hijos en una habitación cuádruple y nos encantó la decoración tanto del bar, las estancias comunes y la habitación. Muy confortable.
Desayuno excepcional y ubicación excelente para llegar en tren.
Personal muy atento y encantador.
Volvería sin duda a este hotel si mantienen el nivel bueno de limpieza, mantienen buenos productos en el desayuno y no encarecen más los precios, ya que al ir en familia los últimos años han subido bastante las tarifas para viajes de ocio y las personas con hijos tenemos un límite de presupuesto.

Camera pulita ed accogliente (Classic Double Room); magari il prezzo un po' altino per la categoria della camera.
Personale davvero gentilissimo e molto attento agli ospiti.
Posizione ottima.

Cons:

Le tarif du petit déjeuner de ma fille de 11 ans semble m'avoir été facturé au prix d'un adulte. Le personnel en salle manque un peu de professionnalisme

Fijne en schone kamer met heerlijke badproducten .
Beperkte ruimte met 3 personen in de kamer maar de badkamer was wel erg ruim en prettig.
Een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

The staff are lovely and they will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Cons:

The location is probably not the nicest part of Lille although very close to the center.

Lovely stay overall.
Pros:

Good location for city with easy access to shops, restaurants bars and places of interest. Comfortable beds, lovely bedding and nice en-suite everything needed for a City break. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast great!

Cons:

Towels were disappointing, thin and well used. Could do with replacing.
Location could be noisy especially late at night due to several fast food restaurants
