Чистый и просторный номер, удобные кровати. Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта, есть бесплатный шаттл. Персонал был вежливым и доброжелательным. Отличный вариант для ночёвки перед рейсом.

Cons:

Нас не заселили ни минутой раньше 15:00 — оформление начали ровно в назначенное время. Пока мы ожидали, нам даже не предоставили доступ к Wi‑Fi. Также в отеле нет лифта, что очень неудобно для гостей с тяжёлыми чемоданами. Считаю такой уровень сервиса негостеприимным.

Pros:

Удобное расположение в 10 минутах езды на машине от аэропорта Майами. Номер просторный и комфортный. На завтраке была машинка, которая автоматически печет блины, достаточно вкусные. Большая бесплатная парковка вокруг отеля. Персонал очень приветливый. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины, по 2 доллара 50 центов за одну загрузку, работают хорошо. Также нужно было сделать копии документов, воспользовались бизнес центром, все получилось удачно.

Cons:

Не работала кофеварка в номере, воду нагрела, но капсулу так и не заварила. Не было сейфа в номере, что было достаточно странно. Утром хотели записаться на дневной трансфер и уже не успели, мест не было, нужно было записываться накануне вечером.

Dommage qu'on soit obligé d'appeler pour avoir une navette à l'aéroport.
J'avais prévenu par mail de l'heure d'arrivée de mon avion, on m'a répondu qu'il fallait téléphoner une fois sur place (réponse de L'IA)
Ça ne m'arrangeait pas car je n'avais pas de réseau téléphonique une fois arrivée à l'aéroport. Je voulais juste savoir où trouver la navette et attendre qu'une navette passe mais impossible car le chauffeur doit être prévenu donc aucune autre solution que d'appeler en arrivant.
La chambre n'était pas parfaitement propre.
Ça passe pour une nuit mais la prochaine fois, je choisirai un autre hôtel.
