No está mal para el precio, muy buena ubicación
Pros:

No está nada mal para el precio que tiene. La cama era muy cómoda, cogimos una habitación para dos con camas separadas y ambas camas eran de matrimonio. La ubicación es perfecta.
El personal era muy amable y atento, el chico nos ayudó a coger un autobús para sapa y se preocupó hasta el último momento de que llegáramos bien.

Cons:

Nos tocó la habitación de la última planta y teníamos que subir unas escaleras muy empinadas, nada cómodo si vas con la maleta.
De la ducha del baño se salía agua y era un poco engorroso.

Pros:

They were very accomodating and trying to satisfy all my needs even if I did not ask for that :) they also let me keep the bicycle inside and store a bulky baggage for me for two weeks!!

A lovely stay in a perfect location
Pros:

Great location, very clean and within walking distance of the main attractions. A special mention to Lisa at reception, who was incredibly sweet and helpful from day one. She helped me arrange my transportation to other cities and was always kind and willing to assist. She really made my stay even better!

Pros:

The hostel sits in the middle of Hanoi which makes daily commute extremely easy. The price is very affordable too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget stay. Special thanks to Lisa too for helping us out whenever there is an issue and telling us where and how to buy a hat. She is kind and friendly.
