For a week in Hanoi, it was a great place for the value and location
Pros:

Great location in the old quarter. Close to everything and very easy to get around. The AC worked very well which was helpful. Staff friendly and laundry was easy to get done right at the hotel. Airport transfer was quick to book and worth it

Cons:

The shower and room was small and a bit hard to move in but made it work

Hotel idéalement placé dans un quartier hyper sympa, chambres confortables et accueil parfait
Pros:

Accueil parfait, personnel aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. La décoration était également de bon goût. Hôtel idéalement placé mais tout à fait calme. L'accueil a géré la réservation de notre taxi du lendemain pour nous rendre à l'aéroport.

Rien, tout était parfait, pas de reproche à formuler

Las imágenes no son la realidad. El aire acondicionado no funciona, las cámaras incomodisimas y no hay nada de insonorización en la habitación. No hay ascensor y si te toca cuarta planta hay que subir a pie

The hostel is really perfect: bright, airy, and very pleasant. The staff are very kind and respond quickly. It’s very walkable and close to everything. We love the little balcony in our room. It’s quiet and clean. Highly recommended when traveling to Hanoi.

Pros:

Locatie van deze hostel is perfect. En het personeel helpt je graag met name Lisa. Die deed extra haar best om het on zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. We waren best vroeg aangekomen met een sleeperbus. En ze heeft voor ons geregeld dat we al om 11.00am konden inchecken. Het is een hostel dus verwacht niet al te veel luxe. Het is prima. Voor een paar dagen voordat je verder gaat.

Cons:

Het hotel is wat aan de oude kant. Houdt er rekening mee dat ze geen lift hebben en je zult dus al je bagage naar boven moeten sjouwen. De slaapkamer was ruim genoeg, maar de bedden waren nog aan de harde kant. De badkamer heeft een update nodig en is wat aan de oude kant. De wifi valt steeds uit en was niet sterk.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de tout. La literie est impeccable et confortable.
L'hôtel donne sur la rue mais est bien insonorisé avec un double vitrage.
Le personnel est super serviable, ils nous ont gardé nos bagages 3 jours pendant notre excursion à Sapa, un grand merci à Lisa et son collègue.
Un bon choix de logement à Hanoï

Cons:

L'hôtel commence à montrer quelques traces d'usure sur les poignées de portes et les escaliers sont un peu raides mais rien de bien méchant
