Charm and peace in old Quebec City
Pros:

Excellent location and quiet, clean..a joy to return after a day of walking and exploring.The annex is roomy and has outdoor patio seating, beds comfortable, refrigerator, coffee and tea are welcome inclusions.

Cons:

A good value overall, but like most Canadian lodging expensive (I say this as a Canadian)...slightly less expensive than neighboring properies

Ce fut un séjour très agréable dans un charmant petit hôtel.
Pros:

L'emplacement est super, avoir un espace de stationnement, les recommandations de resto par les personnes à l'accueil.
l'endroit est accueillant avec l'aménagement de plantes à l'extérieur, c'est très propre.

Cons:

Le coût de la chambre est élevé compte tenu qu'il n'y a aucun service offert à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
Les petits-déjeuners pourraient être proposés.
Des bornes de recharge seraient les bienvenues pour les voitures électriques

Quebec City is lovely! Au Petit Hotel was the perfect choice for our stay.
Pros:

Great location! Our room was comfortable and felt private. The front desk staff was helpful, friendly, and kind. I would stay there again! Very convenient to the VIA Rail Train.

Cons:

I was happy with the hotel. It was a bit cold the night we arrived and a warmer blanket for bed would have been nice but we did not ask the front desk for a blanket so this was our fault.

Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
Pros:

Located on a quiet side street the hotel is only 500 meters from Place d'Armes. Having hotel parking in this part of the city is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a coffeeshop on the corner that opens early and closes late. My room was very comfortable and I appreciated the desk clerk offering to carry my suitcase from the car upstairs to my room.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like about my stay at this property.

Poor value for money and questionable hygiene.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is great and the receptionist was most helpful and kind to carry out bags up the stairs. All amenities such as coffee machine, small fridge, hairdryer and iron were available and were adequate but very old.

Cons:

Property is very old and double room on first floor is not good value for money. The questionable hygiene of the cheap blankets and very old carpet made us feel extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the bed and walk on the carpet. Bathroom is very small with creaking door, peeling paintwork and stiff to open with door knob.

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est même si c'est un bon emplacement
Pros:

La chambre est très basique mais propre. Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner offert et est situé sur une petite ruelle. D'ailleurs c'est l'hôtel qui donne du charme à l'endroit. Pas de bruit la nuit. Nos amis locaux on pu laisser leur voiture dans le parking pendant qu'on se baladait en ville.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné à deux reprises dans cet hôtel. J'été accompagné. Malheureusement la deuxième fois seulement un jeu de linges était disponible. J'ai dû descendre les quatre étages à pied pour en demander un deuxième jeu. Moment un peu embêtant...surtout quand on est pressé de sortir!

Einfach aber sehr sauber und auch super freundliches Personal. Parkplätze direkt neben dem Haus und die Lage ist unschlagbar.
