Great location, decent facility, questionable value for money.
Pros:

We rented two rooms. One was on the second floor of the adjoining building and spacious, very nice. The hotel location is perfect, quiet and within a 5-min walk of the Château Frontenac.

Cons:

The second room was on the fourth floor and quite small. My wife thought it was not that clean. We paid CAD 612 for the two rooms for one night, including parking for one car. Considering also that this did not include breakfast, I thought that was a lot.

Great old world charm, great location and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Location was fantastic within an easy walk to all the shops and sight seeing spots. Staff were very helpful and being a non French speaking person really appreciated being able to communicate really well wit them. It was a very cute room with all the old charm I was looking for, the beds were comfy and the TV had alot of English speaking channels.

Cons:

Nothing really - maybe not having a laundry, but that was only a 200m walk away so no biggie. There are also no lifts so if you are not that fit you might struggle with the bags, HOWEVER - the staff did lift mine up the stairs which I really appreciated.

Het enige positieve aan dit hotel was de ligging, een prima locatie als uitvalsbasis om het oude Quebec te bezoeken

Cons:

Onvriendelijk personeel. Ze keken zelfs niet op van hun GSM toen we binnen kwamen en zelf vriendelijk: "Bonsoir" zeiden. 🤬
Ik hou niet van tapijt op een hotelkamer, zeker niet als het niet proper gereinigd wordt. Het tapijt rond de deur en aan de kast is niet proper!
De 1ste dag lagen er ontbijtresten onder de tafel die niet van ons waren, toen we na 2 nachten terug vertrokken, lagen deze er nog. 🤬
Een slecht bed! Beiden met pijn in de rug en de nek opgestaan. 🤬
Toen we arriveerden stond onze ijskast op maximale kracht, zo erg dat de volgende morgen ons flesje water en onze kaas helemaal bevroren waren. Ja, dag (zelf meegebracht) ontbijt...🤬
De badkamer is zo klein, past geen normaal bad in en wastafel staat ook bij in de al té kleine kamer. 🤬
Niet vriendelijk, niet hygiënisch, niet up-to-date, afgeleefd, verouderd, niet proper, kamer is té klein, zeker niet representatief met de foto's op de website. Geen enkele foto van de website of van booking.com is genomen in deze té kleine, lelijke en onverzorgde kamer!! Geen 2de keer voor ons! 🤬🤬🤬

Schöner Aufenthalt in Québeq mitten im Getümmel mit vielen tollen Restaurants in der Umgebung!
Pros:

Sehr kleines schönes Hotel, mitten in der Altstadt von Québeq.

Cons:

Ist älter und es könnte sicher noch ein bisschen renoviert werden.

Au Petit hotel, c’est tout petit….
Pros:

Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Tutto piccolo, come il nome preannuncia… camera minuscola (ahimè con la moquette), bagno minuscolo senza nessuna presa elettrica, scale (non c’è ascensore) strette.

Pros:

L’emplacement! Directement dans le vieux Quebec, à quelques mètres du château Frontenac et du FEQ. L’aspect rustique et le confort

Cons:

Le tapis dans la chambre. J’ai adoré la fenêtre qui ouvre sur le balcon mais elle ne se verrouille pas. L’employée à la réception étais bête et peu souriante, j’avais l’impression de la déranger à mon arrivée.

We had a wonderful stay and would consider staying again.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It was great having a little parking lot available and so easy to access. The property was overall quite charming.

Cons:

There was nowhere to put toiletries in the restroom because the sink was an odd shape and had no flat surface on the side. Finding space to rest three toothbrushes was even difficult.
