Exceptional value for a short stay
Pros:

Excellent value for the size and price, and located right next to Aeon Station 18. Bathroom was super spacious. Room was relatively clean though slightly dusty around the corners. Lobby still looked good, like they just refurbished. Parking was fairly easy, either hotel or street side. There were laundry amenities, baby crib and water refill station available for guests.

Cons:

Cigarette smell lingering at the hotel hallway once you stepped out of the room. Super diluted handwash. One of the towels were stained. Ironing is only available at the common laundry room, and no steam iron.
