Pros:

The front desk staff are very courteous, helpful and informative. Special mention must be made to staff Elsa who handled my telephone queries very well. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well maintained.

Clean and comfy
Pros:

We booked the family room so it was really spacious for a family of 4. It has all the required amenities. Room was clean upon arrival, the girl at the check-in counter was polite and friendly even though we arrived almost at 11pm.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower was erratic. It was cold most of the time. It has happened before during our first stay in the family room.
