The resturant is not clean enough after the first round of guests
Pros:

Because I took the junior suite, I was in the new building, which is modern and looks like a 5-star hotel. I would mention Anish from the kitchen, who made great pasta at the pasta station and made it to my taste (not spicy).

Cons:

The food is tasty, but the restaurant is not clean, and the staff don't clean when a table is leaving to set it up for the next group. Whenever I got to the table, it was bizarre how they just removed the dirty dishes but left the rest, didn't clean the table, and didn't fully set up for the next group. If you were missing a fork or something, you needed to ask.
They are using a third party as a car service; it was okay once, and not the best experience twice.

Cons:

too little amenities, pictures were showing bathtub but in reality it wasn’t. Too expensive dinner close to 1900 per person buffet (incl tax). Very old styles building.

Pros:

The hotel was very good, food was nice. Hk staff was good. Restaurant staff was excellent. Special call out for Kailash sir from F&b team. He was wonderful

Cons:

Front office, very traansactional , not friendly. Not clear with communication and did not seem very clear with basic maths

Great hospitality and personal touches that made us feel at home!
Pros:

We were incredibly well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Ashwin, who looked after our room and surprised us with beautiful decorations each day, coming back to them after our long days exploring Ajanta and Ellora was such a thoughtful touch and genuinely made us smile.

The hospitality at breakfast was equally wonderful. A shoutout to the chefs, who served us delicious dishes upon our request and the breakfast team that took such good care of us each morning. Kajal and Preeti at reception were also extremely warm and helpful throughout our stay.

A shoutout as well to Lalit at the bar, who made our evening memorable by letting me get behind the bar and make my own cocktail and took great care of us at the bar.

What really stood out was how warm, attentive and genuinely caring the entire team was. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it made our stay enjoyable.
