Hôtel confortable avec Excellent rapport qualité prix

Nous y avons passé une nuit.
Bon accueil.
Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieure. On nous a attribué une jolie grande chambre récente très calme au niveau le plus élevé (3) avec vue sur piscine.
Aucun bruit de l’extérieur et chambre correctement isolée. Bonne literie.
Petite salle de bain fonctionnelle.
Bon petit déjeuner, varié, et salle immense peu bruyante.
Nous avons testé le restaurant : beaucoup de choix originaux, très bonne qualité et grande quantité!

Purtroppo si atteggia ad hotel di lusso, ma è una presa in giro che (oltre ad esser insopportabile per l'alto prezzo pagato) è soprattutto pericolosa per la salute.
- Prima di tutto abbiamo trovato scarafaggi in bagno, e quando l'abbiamo comunicato alla reception ci hanno risposto con un sorriso che erano dispiaciuti senza accennare ad alcun tipo di provvedimento o rimborso nei nostri confronti.
- In bagno c'era un fortissimo odore di fogna nonostante stessimo al terzo piano. E nei corridoi insopportabile odore di sigarette accese in diverse camere.
- Appena siamo entrati in stanza in bagno c'erano peli e capelli ovunque, sia dentro ed intorno al lavandino e sia dentro la doccia. Chiari segni di persone che si erano rasate poco prima. Domanda per lo staff dell'hotel: ma le stanza le pulite con le luci spente?
- In oltre ancora più grave c'erano dei residui di cibo nel lavandino rimasti dopo che qualcuno si era lavato i denti.
- Tutto questo è assolutamente non accettabile ed avremmo dovuto subito cambiare stanza se non hotel ma eravamo talmente stanchi dal viaggio che abbiamo preferito stringere i denti e andare a dormire.
- In più la nostra serie TV è censurata e non c'era modo di vederla in quello stato. Poi la cena ordinata in stanza è arrivata e metà, e dopo più di un ora l'altra metà. E infine c'erano persone che urlavano nella stanza di fianco fino a notte fonda sentendosi ogni suono avendo la stanza comunicante da una sottile porta.
- Concludo dicendo che è possibile che alcuni di questi fattori siano casuali ma sono talmente tanti che mi fanno pensare proprio ad una sistematica mancanza di igiene, rispetto e cura verso degli ospiti che pagano molto queste stanze.
- E purtroppo ad esser sincero non essendo mussulmano mi sono sentito assolutamente il non benvenuto. È molto grave tutto questo. Se non volete turisti o persone non musulmane non permettete le prenotazioni.

Struttura elegante ed accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. Camera molto spaziosa, letto piu' grande della media e comodissimo.
Colazione eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista: estremamente varia e di alta qualità, una delle migliori di tutta la Malesia.
