Very nice hotel, great location
Pros:

Rooms are big and comfortable. 2 bottles of water every day. Pool is small, but the area is good for tanning in the morning.
Beach is 3-5 min away (depends on how fast you walk), millions of cafes and restaurants in the area, 7/11 is almost across the hotel.
They offer laundry 80 bat per kilo, I used it 3-4 times, great service every time, clothes smelled good after return (I mean detergent smell, because in other laundries sometimes smell was too chemical).
I liked the stay very much, so comfortable!

Cons:

There was some dirt under bead-side table (dust).
Also, bathroom plumbing looks kinda old, but it works, so it bothers only visually (not shining as it supposed to be in hotels)

• seafood walk a little bit down the street you will see a restaurant on corner very nice with good flavor and authentic thai taste with lobster and fish exhibition at the front restaurant at very good price.
