Pros:

Location is fantastic. Staff were great.

Cons:

Rooms are not soundproof, I had to use ear plugs to sleep. Saying that, my friend that stayed on the other side was fine, so I would suggest requesting a room on the southern side of the hotel (facing away from Bangla Road).
Also the pool is being renovated right now, so you might want to ask if it's finished. But we walked up to another resort and used their pool.

My 3rd time staying at The Crystal Beach, ticks all the boxes for me, highly recommend.

Pros:

Location the 24hr restaurant across the road

Cons:

There was no pool
The pool was being renovated and I was first on the 6th floor and way to noisy i moved to second floor

A simple and lovely hotel with all the basic amenities you need. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the swimming pool was a nice addition. The location is excellent and convenient for everything. Special thanks to the staff for being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
