For a one night business trip, this was the perfect hotel which offered really good value. It’s not a hotel to stay long

Hotel for short breaks and quite close to airport
Pros:

Very good breakfast with a wide variation available. Good size outdoor pool, but can get very busy during peak times. Strong free wifi.

Cons:

Hotel location in a run down area. No comfortable sun lounger in the pool area to relax.

Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the very centre of Kota Bharu, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was also spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The check-in process was extremely slow. I had to wait in line for almost an hour, which was quite frustrating. The breakfast was mediocre, with a relatively small selection of food considering the size of the hotel. The dining area was also very crowded. The swimming pool is rather small and crowded with small children. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not up to standard. The lighting in the room was also far too dim, making the space feel less comfortable.
