Zimmer nicht wie erwartet - wesentlich dünkler, liebloser und zumindest gefühlt auch kleiner

Das Personal war stets freundlich.

Cons:

Die Fotos wirken wesentlich freundlicher, geräumiger und heller. Die m2-Angabe bzgl. der Zimmer schien mir in den Anzeigen höher als sie tatsächlich war. Insgesamt waren wir nicht glücklich mit der Unterkunft, hatten mehr Platz und ein helleres/wärmeres Ambiente erwartet. Nach einem Umzug in ein helleres Zimmer war dieses zwar ok, aber nachts war es dort wiederum so laut, dass ich das Bett verstellen musste, um für meinen Sohn und mich etwas Schlaf zu ermöglichen. Es war ein durch Klimaanlagen oder Ähnliches verursachtes tiefes Brummen nahe 50Hertz mit etwa 70db. Äußerst unangenehm. Der Eigentümer meinte nachher, er könne es nicht hören, meine Screenshots der gemessenen Werte überzeugten ebensowenig. Meiner Bitte, die verbleibenden fünf Nächte zu stornieren, wurde zwar freundlich begegnet, ihr wurde allerdings auch auf mehrmalige Erklärung und Bitte nicht nachgegeben. Ich bezahlte für die restlichen Nächte eine zusätzliche Unterkunft, in welcher wir schließlich noch ein paar Tage genießen konnten. Wie gesagt, die Leute waren stets freundlich und mir ist der Konkurrenzdruck in solchen Tourismuszentren bewusst. Doch denke ich, wäre es besser gewesen, auf die 250€ oder 300€ zu verzichten, uns unbehelligt ziehen zu lassen, und eine positive Bewertung zu erhalten, als auf diese vergleichbar kleine Summe zu bestehen und unzufriedene Gäste zu verabschieden. Um dem Eigentümer Zeit zu lassen, habe ich nun noch gewartet. Doch jetzt gibt es hierfür einen Daumen nach unten.

Ho avuto spesso la sensazione di odore di fumo di sigaretta nella hall all'ingresso.
Aria condizionata in camera rumorosa, cuscino scomodo.

Trevligt boende med trevlig personal, nära till stranden.
Pros:

Jättetrevlig personal och jättebra läge på boendet. Rummet var rymligt och fräscht. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Pros:

la cosa piu importante e' che il bagno era pulito! lo staff veramente cordiale e disponibile. La camera di dimensioni molto modeste ma che vanno bene se si viaggia da soli. Appena arrivata mi hanno fatto trovare la stanza gia rinfrescata, che e' stato un salvavita dato il caldo! il phon nel bagno un po' scomodo da utilizzare pero' almeno in dotazione, quindi son riuscita a lavarmi i capelli Buona location dalla stazione, circa 10 minuti a piedi e a meta' strada tra il centro storico e il mare. Ottima colazione per buon prezzo, la consiglio se uno vuol fare colazione abbondante ed essere a posto per il resto della giornata. Se torno a Rimini, di sicuro ritornero qui! grazie!

Alla sera ho notato un odore nauseabondo al cuscino scendo in reception ma il guardiano notturno non sente la puzza e non sa dove siano i cuscini di ricambio e di rivolgermi alle governanti la mattina quindi rimango senza cuscino cioè non dormo l'indomani sento che il vicino di stanza è sveglio gli chiedo il favore di annusare il cuscino e mi conferma l'odore
Scendo in reception con il cuscino gli faccio presente e dice che è una suggestione della macchia marrone nel cuscino quindi anche per lei il problema non c'era quindi ho pagato per non dormire

Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und den freundlichen Service! Das größte Plus des Hotels ist für mich das unglaublich freundliche Personal. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: ruhig gelegen, aber nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten, zur Altstadt ca. 20 Minuten.

Das Hotel ist sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Das Zimmer war für vier Personen etwas klein, aber insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut.

Convenient location close to the beach front. Links to a private beach so discounted tickets for that. Coffee on arrival was nice and they looked after our cases while we went out until we could check in. Great contact with the property before (in English) to go through everything and answer questions we had.

Cons:

A bit tired and one of the beds certainly needed replacing as the springs had gone. The other two were comfy so we were fine. There was a blocked drain in the shower which smelt a bit in the morning but as soon as I raised it this was addressed.
