Molto pulita, colazione e cena molto rifornita e di qualità. Il centro benessere molto bello pulito e di grandi dimensioni

Cons:

Unica nota stonata, a parer mio, almeno l’acqua dovrebbe rientrare nel costo della mezza pensione. Tutto il resto era ok

לא עונה על הציפיות במיוחד לאור העלות היקרה שלו
Cons:

מיקום מבודד ומרוחק מכל מקום אחר בדולומיטים (למעט אגם קריזה).
גם אם מתפתים ללון בו אסור יותר מלילה אחד.
ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר.
הזמנו 2 חדרים חדר אחד היה חנוק ממש ללא אויר.
שעות פעילות הבריכה מוגבלות

לא היה בחדר מיני באר. היה מים בחדר אבל לא קרים. ציפינו לגקוזי בספא. ומתברר שהיה לא תקין או שלא היה ניתן לשימוש.

The area around the hotel was quiet and beautiful, and it was convenient to get around to various places. I was traveling with two children, and choosing this hotel was truly the best decision. I will visit again!

Pros:

Schöne Lage, etwas abseits vom Trubel. Waldgegend mit Wanderwegen, allerdings teilweise sehr steil. Schöner Pool mit Saunabereich und Whirlpool, Kneippanlage.

Cons:

Betten/ Matratzen sind durch gelegen. Bei mir fehlte eine Latte vom Lattenrost, wurde nach 2 Tagen repariert.
Frühstück und Abendessen nur im Innenbereich möglich.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but I was disappointed with the customer service. Before my arrival, I made a special request and sent several messages to the hotel, but unfortunately, no one replied. When I arrived, I found out that my request had not been taken into consideration.
Good communication with guests is very important, especially when they reach out in advance. I expected at least a response, even if my request could not be accommodated. This experience affected my stay and left me disappointed.

Pros:

الموقع وكذلك فيه موظفة تونسية كانت بمثابة مرشدة سياحية

Cons:

الانرنت كان شبه مقطوع في الدور الثالث.
عدم وجود مكيف هواء واذا فتحت النوافذ تخش عليك حشرات.
