Pros:

Lovely, spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful. Especially Alex at reception, who was awesome!

Great place to stay in Dolomites
Pros:

The location is great, several hiking routes available right from the hotel. Quiet surrounding in nature, nice views from the balcony. The swimming pool was great fun for my son. The food was great for breakfast and dinner, well organized and the stuff very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough and clean. I would definitely come back.

Ubytování zde bych každému doporučil.
Pros:

Moc pěkný hotel s pěkně vybaveným wellness. Výtečná snídaně. Celkově jsme byly velice spokojeni a na letní výletování byl výběr hotelu výborný.

Cons:

Na pokoji byly pod postelí pantofle předchozího návštěvníka a nějaký zmačkaný papír.

Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Avevamo trattamento di mezza pensione: colazione e cena con buffet super assortito e buon cibo. Ampia scelta di menù, anche per bambini. Zona SPA e piscina ben organizzata e ottima anche per bambini.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl, Zimmer ausreichend gut und sauber, Essen als Menü war gut wurde aber nicht jeden Tag in Anspruch genommen, da wir meisst unterwegs waren. Sehr freundliches Personal.

La colazione a buffet ricca, sia scelta dolce che salata.
Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.
Camere grandi e accoglienti.

Cons:

Noi abbiamo prenotato stanza e colazione (160-170 euro a persona a notte).
La cena offre un menù completo da 40 euro, oppure un ricco buffet a 25 euro.
Visto il costo della stanza, i prezzi proposti per la cena ci sono sembrati un po' elevati.

Völlig überwertet im Vergleich zu vielen sehr guten Unterkünften in Südtirol

Erster Kontakt: Mail “wir können Ihre Kreditkarte für Schäden belasten”.
Viele notwendigen Schönheitsreparaturen scheinen nicht mehr durchgeführt zu werden.
Mehr Verbotsschilder: “nicht springen”, “kein Bargeld”, “Kinder nur bis 17:30” als positive Willkommenskultur
