L’hôtel est très beau, propre, le personnel était au petit soin et très accueillant, la chambre était propre, spacieux.
Les repas étaient vraiment délicieux ! Le petit + : notre chien a pu être en notre compagnie pour les petits déjeuners et nos dîners c’était vraiment très sympa. Je trouve ça rare

Piscine et équipements spa : très bien.
Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant est attentionné mais les personnes à l'accueil de l'hôtel ne sont pas très agréables.
Manque de ventilation au restaurant, il y faisait beaucoup trop chaud même en mai. Heureusement, plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité de l'hôteL
Le jardin et les abords demandent à être aménagés et entretenus.

Everything!
Alex was very nice and patient
The room was very clean, the dinner was excellent and the breakfast was very good!

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. But other than that, everything thing was great

Fehler die sich vermeiden lassen sollten 😞

Sehr ruhige Lage
Nettes Personal

Cons:

Menü wurde kurzfristig geändert (Fleisch nicht verfügbar)
Einmal wurde beim Menü das Kartoffelpüree komplett vergessen (man dürfe sich dafür beim Käsebuffet bedienen)
Einmal wurde und eine Flasche Wein vom Nachbartisch verrechnet (kompliziert zum richtigstellen, für 2 kleine Radler wurden grosse verrechnet = Rechnung kontrollieren )
Bei einem Tischnachbarn wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht (wurde vergessen)

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte all’hotel Rosengarten, con la mezza pensione, quindi cena e colazione incluse e ci sia
Pros:

La Spa è sicuramente la parte che abbiamo preferito. La piscina gode di una vista bellissima e l’ambiente è veramente rilassante.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che mi sento di dire al riguardo è il fatto che nella camera non c’era il bidet, che avremmo preferito avere. Per il resto tutto al top.
