Buona la cena, ma anche lì, l'acqua potrebbe essere compresa.

Mancavano le luci all'entrata dell'Hotel e la notte quando siamo tornati era tutto buio.

We booked this hotel as a birthday present for my husband and were looking forward to a relaxed 4-day family escape with our 3-year-old child. Unfortunately, our experience started in a very uncomfortable way already during check-in.

The receptionist who welcomed us came across as unfriendly and not very empathetic. While she was explaining the hotel information, my husband asked a few questions, and the situation quickly became tense. Instead of responding calmly, she reacted in a rude manner and even said that she could refuse to accommodate us and that we could leave the hotel because he had “interrupted” her explanation.

When she noticed that I speak Russian, she switched to Russian and complained to me about my husband’s behaviour, saying that interrupting her was inappropriate. This made the situation even more uncomfortable for us as guests, especially right at the beginning of a family holiday.

Later, as the hotel presents itself as a wellness and spa hotel, I tried to book a massage. Unfortunately, this was also handled in a confusing and disappointing way. At first, I was told that one massage alone would not be possible and that two treatments would need to be booked, because the massage therapist would not come for only one appointment. After we found another hotel guest who was willing to book a second massage on the same day, we were then given a different explanation: the massage therapist apparently does not work on weekends at all.
This was surprising, especially for a wellness hotel where many guests probably arrive for a weekend stay. In the end, it felt as if the service was advertised but not really available in a practical way.

We understand that staff may have procedures and that certain services depend on availability. However, the communication could have been much more friendly, transparent and solution-oriented.

Il fatto che abbia dovuto pagare (e caro) dell'acqua del rubinetto, e il fatto che le docce nella stanza erano tutte e due semirotte. I doccini perdevano. Da una suite di un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato di meglio.

Wir waren leider ziemlich enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen auf Booking, Google und der eigenen Webseite hatten wir uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut. Jedoch hat das Hotel in keinster Weise den Anspruch eines 4 Sterne Hotels erfüllt…

Am Anreisetag mussten wir nach einer Stunde sogar schon nach einem neuen Zimmer fragen, da die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen, die Wände rissig und der Teppich versifft waren. Leider war aber auch das zweite Zimmer nicht so wie wir es uns erhofft hatten (wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht). Hier waren noch alte Tabletten und eine Badehaube vom Vorgänger im Schrank, der Stuhl war komplett zerfetzt und der ganze Balkon war mit Vogelkot bedeckt, wegen eines Schwalbennestes. Wir wurden jeden Tag aufs Neue enttäuscht, sei es vom Buffet (das jeden Tag weniger Auswahl bekam), vom Abendessen (was nicht nur nach Kantinenessen aussah, sondern auch so geschmeckt hat, zudem lagen die ganzen 5 Tage tote Fliegen auf der Fensterbank) oder vom Spa-Bereich, der eine mangelnde Hygiene aufwies. Also für das Geld was wir gezahlt haben, wurde nicht eine der versprochenen Leistungen erfüllt.

Zudem war eine der Rezeptionistinnen sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell und hat uns nicht das Gefühl gegeben dass wir willkommen sind.

Wir wissen das Fehler unterlaufen können und auch bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht alles perfekt ist. Jedoch sollten gewisse Standards vorhanden sein, die es leider nicht waren.

Bei unserer Abreise haben wir alle Fotos gezeigt und unsere ehrliche Meinung abgegeben. Uns wurden immerhin die Getränke erstattet, wobei man hier auch sagen muss, dass uns für den ersten Abend eine Flasche Wein abgezogen wurde die wir gar nicht bestellt hatten…

Wir sind zu tiefst enttäuscht von diesen 5 Tagen Aufenthalt und hoffen dass die Fehler und Mängel für zukünftige Gäste behoben werden. Wirklich sehr schade.
