Cons:

Expérience catastrophique avec le service client de cet hôtel concernant la gestion d’une annulation. En dépit d’une démarche entreprise plus de deux mois en avance et de contacts répétés avec le standardiste, aucun remboursement n’a été effectué.

L’établissement n’a fourni aucune solution concrète, oubliant vraisemblablement que le métier consiste à servir une clientèle.

Un avoir a été proposé sous plusieurs conditions aussi floues qu’inacceptables, mettant en exergue des pratiques indignes d’un professionnel sérieux de l’hôtellerie.

Je déconseille vivement cet établissement.

Pros:

Tout était vraiment très bien , l hotel est très calme ,propre, confortable. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et très attentionné pour la clientèle.

Clean rooms, kind staff, excellent location close to Arch De Triumph and metro stations.

Cons:

No coffee or tea in the room. Not having fridge in the room was quite uncomfortable.
