Toller Städte-Trip mit Erholungsoase und Gay-friendly Menschen
Pros:

Tolles Personal, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die ganze Stimmung im Hotel ist sehr respektvoll. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool sind perfekt und das Frühstück auch wirklich toll mit großer Auswahl

Cons:

Leider sind die Betten etwas unbequem, aber für ein paar Tage ist das kein Problem!

La ubicación súper bien, el barrio, la zona y la comunicación en metro con el resto de la ciudad está genial.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos la habitación tenía cierto olor a humedad o agua estancada, por lo que abrimos la ventana para que se fuera, cosas que pueden pasar. Como no se iba, llamé a recepción comentando lo que pasaba, y me dijeron que mandarían alguien para revisar. Después de 2 horas de que no viniese nadie, teníamos que irnos, por lo que avisé en recepción que saliamos, pero que por favor subieran a revisar lo del olor. Cuando volvimos tarde esa noche, el olor era incluso peor. Volví a bajar a recepción, y el chico que había por la noche, bastante apurado me dijo que no tenía a nadie para revisar, que lo único que podía hacer era darme ambientador. Como el hotel estaba completo tampoco pudimos cambiar de habitación. Nos tocó tirar bien de ambientador, y dormir con la ventana abierta ligeramente para que ventilase con todos los ruidos de las calles de Barcelona. Al día siguiente cuando nos quejamos en recepción haciendo checkout lo único que nos dijeron fue "Lo siento" "adiós". Sin duda una mala experiencia por la que no volvería a repeteir aquí.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla fermata della metro e molto centrale per spostamenti anche a piedi.
Staff molto cortese, stanza pulita, grande e silenziosa.
