Todo fantástico, hotel lleno de actividades para niños y mayores. Excelente ubicación entre Arguineguin, Patalavaca y Anfi del Mar. Playas paradisíacas donde disfrutar de atardeceres interminables.
El personal muy agradable y atento en todo momento para que pases una estancia maravillosa.
Las habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas y decoradas con muebles de calidad.
El buffet merece una calificación de 10, muy variado y exquisito.
Repetiremos la experiencia, aconsejamos subir las estrellas del hotel por la buena relación calidad precio.

La propreté, les diverses animations, la disponibilité du personnel, la gentillesse sont des facteurs que nous avons appréciés.
Ainsi que la possibilité de déjeuner à 6h30 avant de partir à l’aéroport et de dîner à l’arrivée à l’hôtel en dehors des heures d’ouverture.
Le tout inclusif est mal expliqué pour les Français.
Mis à part une hôtesse d’accueil qui parle très bien le français, il est difficile de se faire comprendre, et de comprendre certains fonctionnement de l’établissement.
Le manque de respect des clients pour réserver les transats à la piscine dès 7h00 du matin, ainsi que le manque de respect à l’utilisation des buffets à volonté.
Petite information :
Excursion en catamaran 4h avec l’hôtel, le repas fourni à bord est juste un petit bol de salade verte avec 2-3 morceaux de poulet et 3 petites pommes de terre. Le verre est payant pour être servi à volonté. (Soda, bière)
Et seulement 1 tour de banane compris dans cette excursion.
Les sièges à l’avant et au dessus
du catamaran sont à 15€.
La carte sur le bar extérieur indique des prix, ne pas en tenir compte en tout inclusif. Vous y avez le droit.

Mucho ruido cada vez que se cierran las puertas de los habitaciones cercanas retumban demasiado dentro de la habitación, un poco de descontrol con las hamacas.
Over the years we visited several 5* hotels but I honestly say this place reaches their standards, in some cases even better. The pool is fantastic, support easy access for disabled, the indoor pool area super. Finn and infra sauna, Turkish bath, death see pool and so on. On the top floor jacuzzi and sunbeds, amazing sea view. The food is super, the place is very clean. Funny but the only thing what I was able to come up as can be improved: smaller ice cubes. 😅

La comida, la facilidad para acceder al todo incluido.
La piscina. Para acceder a las hamacas era una tarea imposible, la gente deja las toallas y se iban, por lo que era dificilísimo conseguir acceder a una.
Het verblijf was hemel op aarde! Wij hebben er enorm van genoten. Alles was netjes. Ruime hotelkamer. Je kon zelfs de laatste dag, na het uitchecken, nog van alle faciliteiten gebruik maken, inclusief de all-in formule.
De kussens waren te klein. De bedden zijn aan vervanging toe.
Sadržaj hotela je odličan. Veliki izbor hrane, a uz to i Snack bar koji je izvrstan. Opremljenost hotela, wellnesa i vanjskog dijela. Mi smo bili na 8. Katu odakle je pogled na zalazak malo reći predivan.
Kreveti su zapravo pojedinačni i razdvajaju se jer su na kotačima.

No me gustó que pagamos un todo incluido y cuando pedías una bebida con sabor, te pedían 5 euros solo por poner una cuchara de sirope a un mojito, además de que solo se podía pagar en efectivo dichos 5 euros.
Las pilas coladas, eram imbebibles, le ponían leche de bote sumo de piña hielo ron y a la coctelera, el coco brilla por su ausencia y 10 minutos después está todo separado en el vaso, adjunto fotos de antes y después
todo estaba muy bien la verdad
que cuando ponen en las fiestas las bebidas fuera te quieran cobrar 5€ por echarte el sabor en el mojito o en el daikiri .q
Hotel z pięknym widokiem, brak kolejek do barów, bardzo duże pokoje.
Rezerwacja leżaków (chyba od 5rano). Leżaków przy basenie nie jest wybitnie dużo, niestety część osób rezerwowała je chyba w nocy potrafiąc przez cały dzień nie pojawić się na basenie ;/
Może warto zrzucać przez osoby które dbają o przędę przy basenie te ręczniki ?
