Overall good, lady on front counter is excellent,
Pros:

Ok, waffle good, juice and coffee good, meat just ok

Cons:

Lighting in rooms just ok, needs more, stopper in sink missing.

Great Stay. Hope to be backl
Pros:

The hotel was nice and so were the people. There was fresh fruit, a warm cookie and free coffee available at all times. the beds were comfortable and the location was good.

Cons:

Our stay was very good - the only set back was that instead of returning our deposit we were charged 3 more times for it. That has been sorted with the hotel but was a bit of a headache.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the hotel did not work properly. Our room was too warm, the air conditioning unit was unplugged when we arrived. We plugged it in and it would work for a short time, then the compressor would shut off and the air would simply recycle. It was too warm to sleep. The hallways were too warm, and the cardio room was very warm, even early in the morning. I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning, the response was they have been having issues with the AC.

Cons:

This property is not well maintained-outside and inside. Repairs and refurbishments are needed such as lawn care, tightening loose doorknobs, etc… The HVAC system is not working well-everything in our room was wet: towels, sheets, carpet. This was despite the AC running. There was a lot of rain in the area but the system should be able to handle the moisture better.

Breakfast was disappointing with limited options available, for example, no yogurt.

Location and price were great!
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the coffee machine was great! Breakfast hours were great as many places shut it down at 9:30am. Handicap parking spaces were not used by anyone. Management should consider reducing them by one.

Cons:

Bottom sheets on the bed are too small. Corners at the head of the mattress come off every night and have to be put back on. Asked for the room to be serviced after 3 nights, it was not. So we asked again the next morning. Asked for more towels after the first night and did not get them. The next day we went to the front desk and asked for towels again and waited for them to hand them to us. Guy at the desk said he tried to deliver them to our room but we did not answer the door. Maybe that's why we did not get the room serviced the day we asked as it looks like you have to be present if you want towels or the room serviced.

Great location and affordable hotel
Pros:

The location was great, near Kroger and with easy access to major highways. The breakfast was decent with hot options, and it was different every day. The free 24-hour coffee station was a great gesture. It has a pool, although we did not use it. The surroundings are beautiful, and parking is easy.

Cons:

They did not clean the room unless you requested it. The shower was so noisy.

Pros:

Location was decent

Cons:

It was very humid and almost wet feeling inside the entire hotel. We had a large light right outside our window that shined all night long and even the shade didn’t help.

Pros:

Worst to be there.
It was not justice to my booking, i booked reservation a month before my check in date & hotel cancelled my reservation without any notice.
Still, amount was debited to my FOREX card.
