La hubicación es excelente, esta en medio de todo y caminando llegas facilmente a cualquier lado

A pousada é bem localizada, próxima ao castelo, e a praça do relógio, o pessoal que la trabalha são super acolhedores, bem dispostos e gentis. Cama excelente, bons travesseiros, AC, Frigobar, Cofre. Sempre um cafézinho disponível.

Cons:

A pressão da água do chuveiro é muito ruim, eu disse muito ruim e podem acreditar, levando uma eternidade para se poder tomar um banho, isso me deixou decepcionado. Um dia chegou a faltar agua, mas logo foi resolvido.

Como en casa.
Pros:

Muy cómodo, limpio, lindo, la atención fue excelente , las personas fueron muy amables, te tienen cafecito con galletas y agüita de cortesía, realmente fue muy acogedor.
Hay sombrillas para que uses si vas a salir y está lloviendo.
(Recomendado)

Lindo y céntrico!
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la deco de la habitación, la limpieza y la amabilidad de Emilio.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustaba estaba en la calle, había mucha gente haciendo bulla, tomando, quizá no muy seguro para ir con niños menores.

Todo tiene solución
Pros:

La atención es muy buena tanto de los chicos de recepción como Rosa la encargada de la limpieza. Su ubicación y el barrio fue lo que más me gustó.

Cons:

Cuando llegué se había cortado el agua y recién pude ducharme a la noche.
En cuanto a la habitación el día que llovió hubo filtraciones y el piso se llenó de agua. Si bien los chicos lo solucionaron creo que es importante tener en cuenta estás cosas que pueden pasar en la estadía.

Great stay in the heart of Cartagena
Pros:

Staff is beyond nice , hotel is in a great location within the tourist area , I felt safe and spoiled by the staff , loved my stay here

Cons:

No hot water in the room , Cartagena is beyond hot so it was not a big issue but still strange. ( I did not reported it , so maybe it was just my room ?)
