The hotel staff were great and the location perfect and cose to all ammenities.
Pros:

The room was spacious with a nice dining table; the bed was small compared with the room size, and the ensuite a bit on the tight side bit ok for the age of the hotel. We were warned about the noise from the bars but we did not feel it was warranted as there was reasonably quiet.

Cons:

The ensuite needed some extra cleaning and there was no fridge or coffee making in the room although there was a communal kitchen with a bar fridge which was full of other guests' food and drinks no room for anything else.

Pros:

Staff was friendly .

Cons:

We checked in after 2.30pm on a Saturday and when we got to our room it sounded like there was a speaker playing music throughout the room . It was absolutely terrible . We ended up leaving 10 minutes after checking in and booked another hotel . The staff member said it says online about the music being loud , which we couldn’t find . It was an all round terrible experience and I would not recommend or return here to stay .

Unique old style building

Cons:

The bell tower is right next door. Rings every hour over the night pretty loud.
Tvs are super small and high up on the wall.
