That staff were really friendly
This hotel is extremely dated and needs an upgrade. We paid extra for a pool access room and wish we hadn’t. The room was small, there were smokers in the room next door smoking in their outdoor area so it drifted into our room. None of the service buttons located around the pool actually worked, trying to get staff attention to order a drink was next to impossible. The breakfast was very average, if you didn’t get there at 7.30 everything was gone and not replaced. Overall it was a disappointing stay and we won’t be back.

The aircon wasn't able to work properly as the room wasn't fully enclosed, the breakfast included was disgusting
Amazing breakfast!
There is a wide range of options for everyone to enjoy and all dietary requirements. Would highly recommend the buffet breakfast for anyone who stays.
The mercure never disappoints. Amazingly friendly helpful staff, great facilities and very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Great food and the infinity pool is so peaceful. This is our second visit and we will be back!

Rooms clean and well serviced
I loved the location, close enough to all the fun but far enough away that’s it’s a bit more quiet. The resort was beautiful, the pools were clean and it’s a small enough resort that their isn’t people sitting on top of you.
For the first 4 nights of our 10 night stay we had no hot water, the staff sent someone up each time to fix it but once the shower was turned off again we would have the same issue. The staff were very accommodating and ended up moving our room and we continued to have a beautiful stay.

The smell coming from the bathroom, the extra 21% ++ tax on everything you buy at the hotel. The road noise of a night was extremely loud!
