Very happy, will always come back to mercure
Pros:

The mattresses could be changed,as they were a bit lumpy,plus I had to ask for a blanket,as the room was very cold

Cons:

Every year I stay at the Mercure,breakfast was always included,but not this year, the cost was $16pp,which when you only want a cup of coffee it would have been very expensive

Pros:

Loved the pools,our room was great with our own plunge pool. Food was nice but the staff were all just so wonderful thats what made our stay great.Also fantastic location near everything.Would definitely stay again.

Great central location with friendly staff and amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Great selection for breakfast and love the large foyer and friendly staff.

Cons:

It would be great to have air conditioning in the lifts and we struggle with getting a chair around the upstairs pool as people go out and get them too early in the morning.

Good location. Nice clean room. Checkout was fast.

Cons:

We chose this hotel for the Level 4 adults only pool. Unfortunately there were kids in there every day we were there. No smoking allowed here accept the far side of the attached bar.
Timeshare sales people waiting outside everyday were a pain. Staff not around enough at pool area, difficult to get towels. Poolside call buttons didn’t work.
