Los instalaciones del hotel fueron excelentes, mi esposa y mi hija amaron mucho el hotel desde el primer día
Habíamos reservado para 2 personas y mi hija pero, pero al llegar recibimos otra habitación, aunque no nos quejamos por ello, si fue difícil que nos dieran sábanas y una almohada extra, tuve que llamar 3 veces e ir directamente a recepción a arreglar el problema, al final solo recibí la sábana pero no la almohada.

Some hotels are just a place to sleep, but this one actually made the trip feel better. Mornings were quiet, there is no queue for breakfast. The room always smelled fresh after housekeeping. After long day outside, coming back here felt genuinely relaxing. Small details were clearly taken seriously. We enjoyed it a lot.
