The location was good.
The staff charged me double for the stay in person and charged me for a no-show fee on Booking.com even though I provided them with proof that I showed. I tried to clear this up in person and Green Park staff stated they couldn't do anything about Booking.com on their end. Booking.com did not respond to my complaint nor provided a refund. Shady first time charges ever for a long time user.

A very good, clean hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Spacious room with all the amenities, excellent and various breakfast, parking with a vallet, outside the hotel. Internet was good. The bistro has very good food.
We enjoyed staying at Green Park Hotel. It is good for business trips because of it is central location. For relaxing and having a short vacation, it is also great with it's gym, pool, and spa services. Elevator helped us carrying our luggages easierly and moving into our room. Very good price performance hotel.
We specifically chose this hotel because we were driving. Free parking turned out to be a huge advantage. It was easy to access and saved us the usual hassle of finding parking in a busy city. Beyond that, Green Park Hotel was excellent with its comfortable room, bed, pillow quality, friendly staff and very nice leisure facilities.
There wasn't just one thing that made our stay enjoyable. It was the combination of everything. Hotel's location was convenient, the room was comfortable, parking was free, the food was consistently good, and the pool and spa gave us plenty of opportunities to relax. Most importantly, the staff were professional and welcoming all the time. It delivered the kind of complete experience I would expect from a hotel.
We stayed for a short time and found the hotel ideal for a quick escape. We didn't have to leave the property much because everything we needed was available including swimming pool and spa. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We could easily get around during the day and return to a lovely hotel in the evening. Having parking available was an unexpected bonus, and pool was perfect for relaxing afterwards.
We stayed as a family and were very happy in general. Our room, lobby, and common areas were sparkling clean. Swimming pool was particularly popular with the children. Breakfast offered enough variety for everyone, including both traditional and international choices.
Their location was one of the biggest advantages of our stay. It was easy to reach the main areas of the city, yet the hotel itself felt peaceful and comfortable. We were traveling by car, so free parking was extremely convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall service was exactly what we expected from a five star property.
My wife and I stayed here for a relaxing break and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We spent an afternoon at the spa and pool, had a leisurely dinner, and enjoyed a very good breakfast the following morning. The hotel felt elegant without being overly formal. The staff were warm and professional throughout our visit. Hotel manager and guest relationship manager are always ready to assist us.
I wasn't expecting much because this was a last-minute booking, but the hotel turned out to be one of the better choices we have made. The check in was effortless, the room was much larger than expected, and everything felt clean. We ended up spending most of our evening at the hotel instead of going back out. The restaurant was excellent and the spa was a lovely bonus.
Food was a real highlight of our stay. Breakfast had an excellent variety, including fresh pastries, cheeses, fruit, eggs, and different warm options. Everything we tried was fresh and well presented. The combination of good food, comfortable surroundings, and attentive service made the experience memorable. After having our meetings done outside, we relaxed at swimming pool which was also great. We would like to be back one day again.
