The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May until the end of September. The bar and the restaurant are open in July and August only.

Alles perfekt, 100 % Empfehlung
Pros:

Super schönes Gelände mit Sportanlage, Pool etc. nah am Strand gelegen. Wie waren mit unserem Hund da und es gibt ganz in der Nähe auch tolle Hundestrände. Unsere Unterkunft selbst war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Auch Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden zudem sehr herzlich empfangen und haben super Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La posizione non è male, rilassante nel verde

Cons:

Quando ho prenotato probabilmente non mi sono accorto che le pulizie in camera giornaliere sono inesistenti perchè si affitta un appartamento. Peccato non fa per me che viaggio prevalentemente per lavoro.

Okay, needs renovation
Pros:

- quiet location in the middle of fields (only airplanes flying over), near to nature reservation with a good availability by car to shops, beach, Pisa and Livorno
- private parking behind gate
- self check in + very kind and helpful manager always around
- well equipped
- dogs allowed for a one time cleaning fee, perfect place for walking them

Cons:

- the equipment would need renovation (the TV in bedroom was more a joke or decoration, how old and small it was but had normal TV in living room)
- no modern coffee machine, only Mokka pot
- very squeaky and for me uncomfortable bed as well as pillows
- few hangers in the main closet and second closet too small to store something
- better cleaning needed, I left my clothes in suitcase next to bed as under bed was a lot of dust
- half broken and neglected small obstacle course for dogs, which is pitty, as the cost of renovation would be small and all dog owners would very appreciate

Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het verblijf was licht en een groot bed.

Cons:

Keuken was echt te vies voor woorden. Weinig keukengerei ook. Ook was het gehorig. Piepende stoelen over de vloer, je zit rechtovereind in bed.
