Super endroit et cottage, le cottage est comme sur les photos c’est vraiment un endroit agréable et bien situé, proche de la plage ainsi que des restaurants.

Je reviendrais sans hésiter au Moon Cottage lors de mon prochain passage à Koh Samui

J'ai passé un super séjour à Koh Samui au Moon Cottage ! Le site est vraiment très sympa ,avec une piscine et jaccuzi sur place et proche de la plage les gérants sont disponibles et donnent de très bons conseils pour découvrir l'île .c'était ma première venue a Koh Samui et je suis vraiment très content de mon séjour

Belle découverte je reviens dès que possible
Pros:

Nous avons passé une très belle nuit dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et aux petits soins, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Le site est actuellement en rénovation, mais tout est très propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Podría ser un lugar genial: la ubicación es genial y tiene un buen terreno. Pero las fotos son muy distintas a la realidad, la casa está descuidada y hay varias cosas rotas y que no funcionan. No nos limpiaron la habitación ni una vez en toda la estancia, ni siquiera tiraron la basura. El aire no funcionaba bien el primer día, y dijeron que lo mirarían pero luego pasaron (todo por teléfono ya que en ma oficina no había nadie nunca). Lo peor: El anteúltimo día estábamos en la playa y nos llamaron y dejaron mensajes desesperados diciendo que nos habíamos confundido y que nuestro check out era ese día, que teníamos que abandonar la habitación inmediatamente ya que llegaban nuevos huéspedes. Fuimos corriendo a Booking y vimos que todo lo teníamos correctamente.. se lo vuelvo a decir, y me dice que fue un error de su departamento de reservas. Ni siquiera nos pidió disculpas. Lamentablemente, una decepción

The generous, kindness of the staff

Cons:

I cancelled, couldn't stay. The way to the room, the stairs were insecure, all broken. I didn't feel beeing there 6 nights. David was exceptional, tried to help. He had a better room for only 2 nights. Wasn't convenient for me. He took me on his scooter to find another hotel!!! Awesome!

Buen hotel mal gestionado

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. Agradecemos que nos pusieran una cama supletoria para el bebé sin pedirlo y sin coste adicional. Nos dejaron agua y toallas.

Cons:

Buen hotel mal gestionado, me explico:
- Las expectativas eran muy altas por las fotos en booking y la realidad era distinta. Lo que esperábamos como la mejor estancia en Tailandia fue una decepción.
- La nevera estaba rota, le faltaba la puerta del congelador.
- La parte de "lluvia" de la ducha también estaba rota.
- El terreno sin cesped, solo hormigón y tierra.
- El jacuzzi no funcionaba correctamente, ya que solo funcionaban dos agujeros y nos dijeron que las piezas tardarían mucho en llegar. Además, estaba amarillento, habría que darle una buena mano de limpieza profunda.
- Convivimos con las hormigas todos los días, hasta que un día, de repente, entraron cientos a la habitación. Nos dijeron que era porque había comida y no era así. Precisamente, estaban lejos de donde había comida.
- Dejamos cosas dentro de la caja fuerte, sin cerrarla ni bloquearla. A los dos días nos la encontramos cerrada y bloqueada. No sabemos qué pasó, pero fue raro. Pedimos la llave de emergencia para desbloquearla.
- A nuestro bebé se le escapó el pipí en la cama doble dos noches seguidas. Avisamos para que limpiaran y cambiaran sábanas, pero solo hicieron el cambio de sábanas en ambos casos, así que dormimos con olor a pipí todos los días. Nos dijeron que nos cobrarían en caso de que volviera a pasar y lo aceptamos, pero no limpiaron el colchón en ningún momento.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre avec un extérieur privé très agréable (piscine, mobilier de jardin, bbq)
Taxi organisé par l’hôte si vous le souhaitez pour aller au port ou à l’aéroport
Possibilité de location de scooter sur place
Bon emplacement globalement, nombreux restaurants, commerces, laundry et une plage accessibles à pied depuis l’hôtel.

Cons:

Pas de ménage quotidien et manque de produits de toilettes.
Attention nombreux moustiques en soirée.

Slechte communicatie. Wij voelde ons niet welkom en zelfs geïntimideerd.
Wij hebben bij aankomst geen enkele informatie ontvangen over schoonmaak, excursies of iets dergelijks. Er is ons herhaaldelijk verteld dat wij konden annuleren en ons geld terug konden krijgen, en dat hij het gevoel had dat wij de accommodatie niet leuk vonden. Dat was echter helemaal niet aan de orde. Gebreken moet je echter wel kunnen melden.
De verrassing kwam echter achteraf, er was niemand aanwezig bij uitchecken, wij moesten de sleutels achterlaten bij de receptie. Een paar uur daarna krijg ik een appje dat er 2 huisjes zijn waarvan de sloten kapot zijn en dat ik per huisje 2200 bath moet betalen. Ik zei dat ik dit niet ging betalen omdat toen wij weg gingen het slot van het genoemde huisje nog gewoon werkte en het andere inderdaad niet op slot ging, maar dit had ik op dag 3 al gemeld en was niet door ons kapot gemaakt. Toen werd er gedreigd met aangifte bij de politie en Melding bij booking.com. En dat wij de enige gasten zijn in 8 jaar tijd die niet tevreden zijn.

Dit heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij een nare bijsmaak hebben over ons verblijf hier. Terwijl wij wel degelijk tevreden waren over het verblijf, ondanks de gebreken, maar die konden opgelost worden, echter ben ik niet te spreken over hoe er met ons is om gegaan, zeer klantonvriendelijk.
