Ik had een kamer met één tweepersoonsbed gereserveerd krijg ik twee aparte bedden bel je naar de krijg je te horen dat receptie krijg je te horen dat ze dat niet kunnen garanderen voor het eerst meegemaakt

Vieze vloerbedekking vol vlekken en gaten, en het eten hadden een snitzel die was knoertehard l

Kamer rook niet fris, ontvangst was zeer koeltjes en ons was niet duidelijk uitgelegd dat je bij een verblijf van 2 nachten moet vragen om je kamer na nacht 1 weer in orde te maken, lampje links van bed deed het niet en douchestang zat los.

I booked a stay at the Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Wings-Rotterdam via Booking.com for a birthday celebration. The reservation was paid in full in advance. However, upon arrival, the staff claimed no payment had been received and proceeded to process a second, unauthorised charge on my card without my knowledge or explicit permission. I only found out through a bank notification.
When I raised this issue, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, completely disregarding my banking transaction history. To make matters worse, upon checking out, they attempted to charge my card for a third time.
A manager on-site verbally assured me the duplicate charge would be refunded immediately and promised written confirmation. I left for the UK with no such confirmation. This administrative incompetence caused severe financial distress, leaving me without access to my funds while abroad and completely ruining my birthday trip.
While I have finally received the refund for the overcharge after having to send formal threats of a bank chargeback, the hotel management has completely ignored my formal complaint. I have received absolutely no communication, no apology, and no offer of compensation for the distress caused.
The lack of professionalism, appalling communication, and sheer incompetence regarding sensitive payment details mean I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Check your bank statements carefully if you choose to stay here.

Pokoju nie był odkurzony przed naszym przyjazdem . Na ziemi leżały drobinki szkła a w rogu drzwi roztrzaskany długopis połowa w pokoju a druga połowa na korytarzu . Rano wywiesiliśmy kartkę z prośbą o sprzątnięcie . Niestety po powrocie wieczorem okazało się że pokój sprzątnięty znów bez odkurzania . Słabe oświetlenie żarówki w małych lampkach przepalone. Dziwne że nie można zamówić hotelowego parkingu w hotelu , można tylko online . Może tylko mieliśmy pecha bo ogólnie hotel się nam podobał .
